So first off, I've gotten three meals from this place, simple as nuggets, fries, and a plain Burger. The first time I got this meal, it was from the BK on Johnathon Moore and was mediocre at best and the staff working too hard for too little money. Then I go to the one inside of town, and get cold food, being told that they were sorry cause a whole shift decided not to come in. Then yesterday, I get this same order, and everything tastes like fish. From the fries, to the nuggets, to even the burger. After being so thoroughly disappointed three meals in a row, I asked for a refund on the last meal. I have yet to receive this refund. Save your money, buy groceries instead, anything you can cook will be come correctly.

UPDATE: Spoke with the GM about this experience and received a response that there would be more than a conversation with the mentioned Shift Manager. Still not going back to this location until maybe summer to give them time to get things sorted.Had a bag of food handed out the drive-thru window. Looked in the bag and order wasn't even close to being right. Went straight inside to the counter and waited for someone to be available to address my issue. I heard the Manager on duty call out an order and said it was handed out to the wrong vehicle and needed it rushed.I spoke up, saying that I had that bag of food. The Manager took the bag, looked in the bag to make sure it was right and then instructed the person running the window to hand out that bag of food I was given to the customer at the window.The Manager left me standing at the counter and went back to filling orders. After what seemed like a few minutes, the Manager (looking confused) asked if there was something I needed. I expressed that I'd like my correct order, which he went right to the correct bag and handed it to me. He asked me if there was anything else and I brought it to his attention that handing out the food I had brought back in (not knowing what might have happened to it after originally handed out) was not good form. He looks back at me with a blank face and stare saying he was sorry... I also mentioned that his actions were worthy of a few phone calls.Expect me to call the store manager and possibly the local health department...

We only received part of our order.The Whopper Jr had a hamburger the size of a silver dollar. The tomato slice was larger than the hamburger patty. Very disappointed with this Burger King. Never get the full order and this is the first time I wanted a cheeseburger and it was NOTHING like pictured. I didn't even eat it...Im not a vegetarian!!!!!

Ordered food in the drive thru, to which they forgot part of our order. They lock the doors early so you have to wait in the drive thru again for 20 minutes to get food due to their error as they won't allow you to come inside to get the food. This is ridiculous service.Got around tried to ask something at the window and they shut the window on us as we're speaking. Asked for a receipt twice, didn't get that either. The staff here needs looked at for sure on the night crew.

Always can go for a whopper with cheese! I also love there spicy nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich is amazing my order is always correct I have no negative things to say about Wendy’s!!

We eat at Burger King several times a week between all of us in the family. Even to just get a quick ice coffee. For some reason, this particular Burger King cannot seem to get a Vanilla Ice Coffee right no matter what time of day or day of the week. I just got a Vanilla Ice Coffee and it is brown and has coffee grounds in the bottom. At any other Burger King, I can get a Vanilla Ice Coffee and it is delicious and made properly. It should be sweet with a creamy white/tan coloring to it. Not brown and for sure without any coffee grounds. At lease I hope that what it was...
