If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered here for awhile and had zero issues. Ordered here last night and things were very different. Our egg rolls tasted like cinnamon and we couldn't even finish them. We ordered two orders of beef and broccoli (they sent us chicken and broccoli) called and told them it was wrong. 30mins later they sent us our correct food. Again tasted very different than how it's ever tasted, so Again didn't finish our order. By the time 10pm that night we are both pooping our brains our and vomiting. So bad we couldn't go into work today. Come to find out. We both have food poisoning. Over 30+ dollars of food wasted. And they want a doctor's note to get the refund..... Fast forward to now she called me back as I was writing this review saying that the only way we get our refund is to come pick up the cash.

I used to love eating here but I feel like they changed the recipe on the egg rolls and now they don't taste as good. I won't lie the egg rolls were my favorite item so it makes it hard to want to come back. Everything else is amazing and the portion sizes are fantastic! I also love that they serve plain lo mein because most places don't!

The food here isn't gourmet, nor should it be. You walk in and pay 9 dollars for an entree, fried rice, an egg roll, and a drink. It's exactly what it needs to be and doesn't pretend to be anything else, and that's why it's one of my favorite places in columbus.

Spent $52 and ordered 8 different items, they all came hot but everything but the fried rice tasted terrible. If I hadn’t drove 30 minutes home I would have given it all back for a refund. It went in the trash.

I have been going to chopsticks at this location for 2yrs. I ordered General Tso's chicken. For the 1st. Time it was so spicy i couldnt eat it. I called and talked to Albert, he hung up on me. I had to call back twice, all over a $10.00 order. Albert told there was nothing he could do. I called Yee Kee, they replaced my order, even I didnt get it from them. From now on YEE KEE is where I will get my Chinese food from. ALBERT AND CHOPSTICKS DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. All over $10.00 they lost a customer. WAY TO GO ALBERT
One of the best take out style Chinese places in town.They have some of he best fries tofu in the mixed veggies and tofu. Highly recommend

Just had a late lunch here. Food was excellent as always. This is one of my favorite restaurants. No matter what I order - lunch or dinner - it's always hot and delicious. I can never eat it all. I usually have leftovers for the next day. Highly recommend.

You know its supper tasty when it has 3 broken ice cream machines and all the fortune cookies you want. Chicken tappenyaki no rice (trying to watch my weight). So many veggies and sauce do good I didn't even miss the rice... so so good. Will be back.
