I’ll have every party here as long as Phylicia is running the place! What a bubbly, fun, kind person every time my kids drag me to Chuck E. Cheese. Every single time we come she is always the same energetic spirit just wanting to see kiddos smile and have a good time. I had Alyssa as our party host for a birthday and she was so professional and sweet as well! She took amazing care of us. What a great experience every time!

Felicia from Chuck-E-Cheese is seriously one of the best people on planet Earth right now. Back when they had tickets and they tested the machines before they closed, she took my 5-year-old nephew up. Another time he didn't have nearly enough tickets to get the small Chucky plushy yet she sees us in there often playing the games that don't pay out tickets. what he needed to get the prize that he was working so hard to get the whole time he was there and she gave him his desired prize and more. I seriously teared up because of the smile on that little man's face. Thank you Felicia, I pray that you get a substantial raise because I can tell that you care about the innocent children. The fact that he spoke with you when he was still in his shy stage, before you gave him anything, means a lot.. love to you

Nichole was deceiving. Ordered a pizza combo off their menu. She said it would give us 10% off the price of the play cards. We were not sure how much time we wanted to give the kids to play and she said "That's ok you can come.back and get the cards and discount". Well we went back and tried to get the cards and discount and she said no. I say that's deceiving and.she says sorry and walks away. And honestly looking at the games available it was like a washed up casino.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. All underage staff, so no beer could be sold. Not a huge deal, but depending on the customer, it could've created an awkward confrontation.

I remember coming here as a child and the great memories I had then. Now, I get the opportunity to bring my children here and it is so fun to see them in a safe place having fun and making memories like I did.The pizza has definitely improved over the years as well. The crust has a garlic flavor that makes it different than other pizza places.We have got to know the staff and they are so kind and we feel so welcomed when we visit.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free small size pizza as an option.
This was the worst experience, for the reason of one person who over charged me and wanted to say that, “because you’re being rude you can call corporate and deal with them” all I want was answers as to why I was told my party was going to be $185 dollars ish and then I get there and pay $268 plus 50.00 deposit for a party… I got way over charged then treated VERY rudely when I tried to call the lady was not wanting to listen to what I was trying to explain to her saying I asked for things that I DIDNT ask for. We will not be going back, we can find another location.
