“I live up in Indianapolis and i drive down here ALL the time to see my boyfriend. We frequent this kroger all the time. Everytime we visit the store is always well kept, clean, and overall a great atmosphere. Hands down one of THE BEST krogers ive been to out of all the ones ive been to up north. Kroger used to be my least favorite store until i visited this specific one. Moving on to the deli section the food almost ALWAYS hits the spot, is extremely tasty and fresh. I grew up with a father who was an executive chef at 5 star restaurants and he was always picky about service and raw fish products. Growing up i grew a keen eye for both, and needless to say, the kroger deli exceeds expectations in BOTH. The staff is charming and really kind, and always keep you updated on when the food will be ready with specific times or letting you know whats going on in the back. The sushi in the deli looks and tastes fresh, healthy, and lovely. It's surprisingly really well made and cared for and for years of being exposed to authentic asian cuisine, i had no second thoughts about picking this up time and time again. You cant go wrong with the "comfort food" (with all of the chicken) or pizza served at other parts of the deli. I personally crave kroger's chicken over kfc, popeyes, and churches. heres an experience i had today (9/3/19) that compelled me to write this review. Me and my partner needed to eat, so naturally we turned to kroger's deli. we typically both get the 3 piece tender meal with two sides. the portions are large and very filling, both of us eat a lot and cant ever finish our meals in one sitting so we have lunch and dinner for no more than $10 and some change. Long story short they were having some complications with getting the chicken out but i was willing to wait. i had time so i chose to wait for the fresh chicken for about 45 minutes (yes the chicken is that good). the workers there (one of them named sarah) noticed i had been patiently waiting for the food for some time and to accommodate for my time, gave me my food for free. However, little does she know, me and my partner are both without jobs, and work for scraps to feed ourselves. This unknowing kindness truly touched me and compelled me to write this lengthy in depth review for my favorite kroger, kind of like a thank you card, but its all completely genuine. only problem: no honey mustard with the condiments ;p“
“Super friendly staff and a wonderful, small town feel! The food is all really good, especially that hot Italian sandwich ?. Also has all the groceries you might need in a pinch, from milk, bread and meat, to beer and wine! Highly recommended if you're in the area!“
“My family has ordered and enjoyed the BLT, Hot Ham and Cheese, Chicken Bacon Swiss, brownies, french onion dip fountain drinks and of course free pickle! We go at least once a month. I will choose this spot over Subway any day. Better quality sandwiches for lower prices and you support a local small business. My CBS always has LOTS of meat, sub bun is always soft and they never hesitate to substitute an item if they can. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
