I placed my order hours in advance. I even called an hour before to verify that my order was in for the correct time and everything was good to go. Got there and they told me it was going to be another 45 minutes, even tho I had called to check to make sure it was going to be ready, when I tried to mention I spoke with them on the phone to verify it would be ready on time, the manager became rude and very snobby and canceled my order, which was already paid for and $70. TERRIBLE management. TERRIBLE service. Will not be going back.

I get pizza delivered from here a lot and it's always very good. It lasts in the fridge and it's good almost no matter when you eat it. Food places vary and someone will say that Wendy's is terrible, for example, but it will just be that the Wendy's in their town is really bad, while yours might be good. This Domino's we have here is one of the very good ones. I remember eating here, the 25th St. location, when I went to North, for lunch, and it was always incredible. It's still good now and it's better than Pizza Hut by a good mile, I would say. Our Pizza Hut is mediocre while our Domino's is really good, and the opposite is probably true in other places, but this is what we have in Columbus.

Very poor service in columbus indiana i had to call after placing an order bc it was 25 mins late i spoke with an employee named joe and asked what the company guidelines were for that sorta thing after explaining my situation he became stand offish and hung up the phone on me when i called back and asked him why he said i was cursing which i was not doing ..when my order got here i reluctantly sent it back to the store without paying due to joes outstanding customer service lol i ordered from here atleast 2to3 times per week ..knowing what i know now i will never place an order with dominoes ever again at any location they can thank joe for the cpl hundred a month plus tips loss ...if i cld i wld give zero stars ...

Ordered pizza , cheesesteak sandwich and wings, pizza sauce tasted off. The cheesesteak was the weakest barely any meat and sauce. The wings were so small. Gave it a one star for being on time other than that, I'll spend my money elsewhere!

We want to thank Domino’s for donating pizzas to our golf scramble for Blue Tassel Farm. They were fresh, hot and enjoyed by all. Their manager, Maddie Williams, was a joy to work with and even jumped through some last minute changes to accommodate our event. We highly recommend Domino’s on 25th street.
The team at the Columbus store is always killing it! I drive from Edinburgh to make sure our order is correct and fresh! Also, can't beat the friendly service! Maddie is the BEST!
