Horrible customer service. We went in this morning for my youngest birthday. The staff was unfriendly then as we were sitting at the table one of the woman behind the counter stood behind the wall and stared my daughter down. Making her extremely uncomfortable and almost crying. She was giving her angry glares and when I turned to look what my daughter was referring to she stared and me in anger. I told my daughter that her being uncomfortable is not ok and we were leaving. I said this loud enough for staff to here. As we gathered our belongings, she walked up to the register and gave another angry glare to my daughter. I will never be returning here. It is unbelievably wrong to to makea child feel this way! Shame on you!

As I was walking in I noticed how dirty this outside was & thought uh oh... proceeded to go in. It was 10a.m and the inside has not been cleaned. I had to use the ladies room, it was filthy and the commode would not flush.Ordered a coffee and mini bagel bites to go. Took forever to get the bites. After leaving, biting into the bites, they were still ice cold. Not heated at all!

I'm so over fast food. My sandwich was a bit burnt not huge deal but the grilled cheese wasn't grilled on both sides, my hash browns were soggy and tasted like something else entirely. And they didn't put the hazelnut in my coffee like I asked. I'm not wanting anything more than to be satisfied when I spend money.

Politely reminded to ensure it was toasted because it seemed like the guy truly didn't understand English. Drove away disappointed to see untoasted bagels. Eat here at at your own risk.

They never have the Bismarks (Vanilla Kreme with chocolate frosting). East coast Dunkins they are the most popular donut. Fillings are lean. Coffee is great and sells itself.

Great, but why is it everytime i ask for you guys to toast my bread, it’s soft. I’ve gotten it correct one time and had to sit and explain how to toast bread bc y’all apparently have no idea how. Coffee is never mixed either. Womp womp.

My wife and I are Dunkin snobs....we only drink Dunkin coffee and have so in dozens of states throughout this great land of ours.Did you know there are 11 states that don't have dunkin ? Anyway, this one, in our vast experience, is the WORST...congratulations guys you did it....the bottom of the list. Cold coffee...no microwave? Really? Always the wrong mix and a funky burnt taste...But, it's the only one around so we'll probably keep tryingCould you try too? Thanks
