Customer service was bad for us because of the language barrier lol people near us got visited and checked on multiple times while me and My friend got ignored way more than we would have liked. The food wasn’t all that. Verde sauce is way too hot. Couldn’t even taste the food with that sauce on it. Verde sauce where I’m from is way milder

Walked in to check the bathrooms out before we decide on dinner which we always do. They were filthy and broken parts of the men's bathroom. Stalls walls were nasty and there was no separation wall between the urinal and sink. Gross we left. If the bathrooms are dirty so will be the kitchen.
I got the Chilaquiles. It was terrible. I mean, I know mostly white people come here, but there wasn't one taste of authentic Mexican food in this dish. The shredded chicken was ok, I guess, but who puts chicken in Chilaquiles? I had to pay to add eggs which was a red flag, it comes with eggs normally, that's what Chilaquiles is. I asked for over easy eggs and they came over hard. There was WAY TOO MUCH beans on the plate and the chips were like cornmeal they were so mushy. On top of all of that, I ordered a beer. I got what I ordered. When they brought me my drink and when they brought my food were the only two times I saw them. Never asked if I was ok, if the food was good, or anything. Didn't even ask if I wanted water. This place sucks, don't waste the time or money. Go elsewhere.

When I say wow, I mean WOW! Frosty cold Modelo. The Pollo Con Arroz was so much food! It could literally feed 2 people… I enjoyed my experience here for sure!

Southern California has some of the best Mexican food - so to find a gem like this - in the heart of Indiana - is amazing ! You know when your belly is full and your tastes buds scream for more you have found an amazing restaurant! El Napol of Columbus, In is everything you want in a night out - Mexican style! Amazing food - great drinks - perfect atmosphere- excellent prices and top notch service !5 ⭐️!!!!! Treat yourself - you won’t be disappointed !

I'm a retired soldier. Was there with my service dog, Sable. I and was having a late lunch. The food was excellent. I had the Chicken Chimechang (however it's spelled.) When I was ready to leave and pay my tab. I was told that someone had paid the bill. Thank
