We got a cheese pizza and bread sticks to split. I got the loaded chicken Alfredo. It was really really good. There was a lot of flavor to it. The broccoli in it tasted great! Not sure I’ve ever had such good broccoli from a restaurant.The food was piping hot when they gave it to us. Breadsticks were really good. I thought the pizza was ok. Our kids liked the pizza and breadsticks.

My first time at this particular Fazolis. I was the only one there around 12 Noon on a Saturday that should have told me something. The Sub I got was ok that is the one star. Was never offered Breadsticks so had to ask for them. When I got them they were hard as a rock. One of the drink machines was turned off and the one that was working was out of several flavors. The inside could use some TLC. One of the worst Fazolis I have been to.

Decided to bring the in-laws to dinner. After 30 minutes of waiting (15 minutes past the order after us was ordered) I decided to ask about the order. Apparently it was skipped. I received 1/2 quantity of what I saw around. Missing items. Asking about them resulted in another 20 minute wait. After starting to finally eat, we found a cockroach by our feet, that ended our dinner. What a WoNdErFuL-LESS experience.

I had an amazing time at Fazoli's, the food was delicious and my server, Pawel I think his name was made the whole experience so much better, he gave my family more bread when we asked and felt very welcoming. I would definitely recommend dining in this location.
