I'm not sure how this place got so many great reviews I figured with all the 5 star reviews i'd try this place out. Normally I wouldn't give a 1 star review but I ordered 2 single topping pepperoni pizzas and they were both horrible I've had better pizza from little ceasers, especially for the price I paid over $50... Do not recommend will not be back.

Hotbox is one of my favorite pizza places in Indiana. I got hooked in college and was sad to leave the West Lafayette hotbox behind. But I was so excited when they opened a location here in Columbus! We’ve been countless times since then and the pizza is always amazing. But tonight I decided to write a review because I experienced awesome customer service. I was getting takeout on Deal Day (iykyk) and had my toddler with me. My plan was to take my pizza, stix, and two drinks out to my car in a couple of trips, as I was holding my baby. A sweet young lady offered to help me take my order out to my car. I was hesitant to take her away from the counter on such a busy day for them, but she insisted. It was a level of service I’d never expect with a takeout order, but it was so appreciated. She carried my drinks out to my car and offered to hold the pizza too as I bucked in my toddler. I should have asked for her name, but didn’t think about it until I was driving away. She was wonderful, and I’m sure an asset to the hotbox team! I’ll be back again and again for the delicious food and awesome staff!
