My family and I have been ordering pizza from Marcos since we moved to Columbus three years ago. At that time the service was exceptional. At some point something happened and it changed, and a bunch of new faces appeared. When I ordered back then my pizza order was usually correct and delivered in a timely manner, but now its like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get till you open the box, and it’s never delivered on time. I order my pizzas at 3:00 when I get home from work. With a delivery time around 6:00. It’s never been delivered within a half hour of that.

Parking: Parking lot is very spatious and I've never seen it more than 10% full. Parking is a non-issue.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance does not have automatic/electric door openers but the weight is on the lighter side and pretty easy to manage.

It may be a chain name but the experience is always small, local, and wonderful. The pizza tastes great and is ready when they say it will be. The employees are nice and friendly. Our favorite place to get dinner!

Ordered ONE PIZZA for delivery and ONE order of bread sticks. Was told the delivery would be at 7:15pm (this was a TUESDAY NIGHT), at 8pm I call to find out where my pizza is because the app says it was delivered. No pizza has been delivered, so I call AGAIN to find out the status...they assure me my food will be here any minute. Guess what? No pizza. No delivery. No. Nothing. I understand that places get busy but don't tell someone that their order will be there at one time and then 45 minutes AFTER time of delivery there is still no delivery! I will never order from Marcos pizza again!

Best pizza sauce in town. Best dough in town. Best price in town. Best pizza in town. I've had one experience that wasn't a 5 star experience, and it was because the pizza was greasy. Now, I ask to have it cooked well-done. Problem solved, and I've ordered dozens and dozens and dozens of pizzas from them. I may order one right now. ? Large Pepperoni and Mushroom. The restaurant is clean(the 25th Street location is the only one I've visited). Service has always been very friendly.
Why y’all always forget my extra dipping sauce ???? I even added a reminder on the delivery instructions

Really sweet and hard working gals, only two working tonight but they were getting the orders out fast how they did it I don't know. My only thing is I think you need to have more than two people working at a time if possible.
