The slowest McD I've been to in quite some time. Order intake at drive through was taking 3-4 min per car. Sat at the pay window for another 3 min. They were friendly though.

I have been to Mc D all over the world, this one was the most unpleasant. Staff was rude. After waiting 15 minutes for food inside, I approached the staff who said they were working on it. At 25 minutes, I approached again, and they said it's been waiting for you to pick it up. The food was on top of the driver's pick-up spot and was there when I first approached. I left with no food and was to upset to wait for my $14 back.This is a do not stop if you are passing by on I64 or live in the Columbus Indiana area.

$6 for a sausage biscuit and coffee??? Boyfriend paid $10 for a bfast sandwich (not even sure what bc devoured before i figured out kiosk) and coffee. Outrageous prices. Is this normal?? It was a very clean, new, friendly staffed location bit that does not offset the prices. On the kiosk biscuit was $2..at counter (bc kiosk was not working) it was $4. We were going to Brown Cty Park for the eclipse and very happy to find glasses after searching for hours Sunday so we chalked it up to eclipse pricing but really?? Ppl normally pay these prices?? The counter sales staff person was extremely nice and comped the glasses after i paid in cash thinking glasses included (all the cash i had) and boyfriend then also paid extra $2 for a pair. It was worth it in the situation but otherwise who frequents this new fangled mcds in Columbus IN?? I chalk it up to we paid for glasses but if these are standard mcds prices?? No thanks

My wife and I were on our way back home and decided to stop and grab a couple of cups of coffee for the road. It took around 25-30 minutes. This was around 4:30, so they weren't terribly full of people either. We could have driven home and made a full pot ourselves in the time it took.... which is what we'll do before we stop here again.

I ordered at the drive-through. I used my code and it self-pay. When I slow down through the first window to pick up my receipt, the guy was quite rude and just waved me on and shut the window on me. I did momentarily see he was clean-shaven and, perhaps a little balding under a hat and just rude in general.

This mcdonalds really depends who's working to hit the right spots. Sometimes great, sometimes you're waiting like 20 mins plus.
I came to this particular McDonald's and while I was eating I met a nice lady who called herself baby girl. She didn't charge me much for friendship. It was a great day.

1/26/24. I’m re-editing this because of my experience tonight. All I did was order a drink on the app. Not only were they extremely rude but the manager was making up excuses for them. I’ve worked at fast food places And I understand that stuff happens but tonight it was completely Inappropriate and I will be following up at a later time, so I talk to a different manager
