If you value your time do NOT eat here. Slowest drive thur I’ve ever been in. They also never have food items that are on their menu available no matter the time of day I’ve come here. I will not be coming here again and I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this Panda location as well.

I give the women that work there a round of applause for there ability to handle the stress of being busy. The dudes on the other hand refusing to serve what i ordered because they are "thirsty" and changing the wait time to double the wait after already waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous. Then proceeding to tell me tough luck if I didn't wanna wait another 30 minutes. Everytime I come here and order a bigger plate I get shorted, end up with more sauce than chicken. If you want to waste your time and money this is the place to go.

1st and last visit. Food was good but expensive for the portion you get. We have eaten at Thai Connection which is nice dining for less. Need a dedicated person for on line and one for inside. No one ahead of me inside and waited 20 minutes and manager was rather rude when asked why it was taking so long.

Normally I would do higher but we rolled up on Sunday at 11:15 to find doors locked and no sign or explanation!
Literally sat here and watched the girl that was working for lunch today at 11:20, chef food into her mouth why she was making orders right on camera, and the thing is I was there waiting for a doordash for a customer and had been waiting almost 15 minutes and had to message my doordash customer and tell her that she needs to withdraw her order because the workers are saying they're eating from the bar not washing their hands. That's disgusting

We traveled 30 miles for Panda Express in Columbus, Indiana only to have 5 people working behind the counter who never said anything to us the 5 minutes we waited. No "hello", "we will be with you in a minute", nothing. Will not be going there again and would advise you not to either.

We put in an internet order. When I arrived to pick it up I was in drive up and asked to add on 3 orders of crab Rangoons and they charged me. When Inarrived home they were not inside my bags.

They rarely ever have all of their menu items available. Tried to order white rice with a meal & they said they were all out of white rice for the night .. it’s 6pm they don’t close until 9pm. This isn’t the first time they have stop serving white rice extremely early either.. & if it’s an issue of not having white rice in the store, they really need to get it together ..
This place is always busy and the staff work hard to keep the food fresh and available.
