Had to remake a pizza three times ..the first time was very fast but the wrong toppings second time they made it one staff member was ticked an as I sat in the lobby waiting she told everyone that I was saying the tipping was sausage not beef ? we spent 50 buck an left 10 percent tip so I feel like we should get the pizza we ordered with no feedback. Now they are in the back using bad language .an still put sausage on it. Chloe also thought I left the store and was making some comments as I was going out so will find a new Papa John's. There's one on every corner.

Honestly I'm kinda disappointed originally the wait time was about and hour and a half but ended up waiting an hour and fifty minutes they said the pizza was on the way and then it took 40 minutes to get delivered to less than 10 minutes away from the store the food ended up being

This location seems to have so many issues with making orders. This evening they stuffed one of those filthy garlic sauce cups inside of the Papadia we ordered. Absolutely disgusting ?
Pizza was good, but about 1/3 of it was not as well topped as the rest. Service was friendly and apologetic because it took a little longer than expected. Overall we were happy.

Food is usual for Papa John's. I will say that I requested (and paid for) 2x Banana Peppers on my pizza. Did not receive 2x banana peppers. Unfortunately this is fairly consistent with ordering food to go these days. It is my fault for not checking when I picked it up? Should I have to?

I think it’s a good Papa John’s. The staff at the front is a pretty cool chic who was helpful and not bored/rushing you. Got the pizza bowl that’s carb friendly. It’s ok. Wings were ok. Same old fatty wings they all use. Parking was easy. Of course no Coke Zero.

Three stars because it definitely is just one of those pizzas you eat when you just have to eat something and that's all there is but it does the job. Today however I'm feeling slightly diarrhea ish

My pizza had so much sauce on it that all my toppings slid off when I picked up a slice. My pizza also was half cut I had to recut it just to eat it. Now typically this papa johns is REALLY good especially compared to the one in eastbrook plaza which is in my delivery zone so I ordered carry out so I could specifically go to this location. Maybe just a bad night for them.I’ll also add I’m sure if I had asked they’d have remade it but I didn’t ask. As this is truly the first time my orders been messed up at this location. I order from here all the time. All my good experiences make up for my ONE bad experience.
