Fast kitchen and good food. Service is good...unless you get Romy. He's the worst. Last time he took our drink order and didn't come back. Someone else got our food order...and then Romy showed up at the end with the check. I gave a tip to the guy who did the work. We've had him too many times for it to just be a bad day.

We took a group of 20 that came in after a debate tournament. I had trouble finding anyplace in Columbus that could handle a large group and was willing to do that after 9pm on a Saturday (when our event ended). The staff at Riviera Maya were pros and had a table set and ready and got us served and fed and out of there in an hour. Highly recommend!

The food was great service sub par.But the worst part was the waiters having a brawl literally right in front of us.I wasn't aware we were getting a dinner and UFC Match.The one in anderson was 10x better than Columbus
We went with another couple and it took awhile before the waiter even came to us. It wasn't crowded at all. The food fell very short. My rice was very bland. The other couple got really sick afterwards. ? This was the last time we will be there. Sorry, not sorry.

This is one of my top picks among the dine-in restaurants in Columbus. They are consistently fast, the food is fresh, good-sized portions, and the service is usually great. If you ever have an issue, tell the man at the checkout counter and he will personally make sure that you are happy to be there. He once became our server when we waited 15 minutes with no one to help us at our table. I never knew who was supposed to wait on our table that time, but he stepped in! That was probably the best service I have ever had there! Anyway, I've tried several things and have liked most everything I have ordered. My preference is usually the street tacos with cilantro and onions and tomatillo sauce.
