This Columbus location is the worst about selling food at or past expiration dates. If you shop here, you must look at expiration dates on every perishable item that you buy. Multiple times I have put back an item that expired that day or a few days before. This is the worst store I have ever shopped in that does this. I pointed it out to an employee a few times who could care less. Service is not good here.

The veggies and fruit here are much cheaper than Costco. Costco could be costly for these items. The meat packages are smaller which I like because I have a smaller family. The only downsize is the quality of people, they don't push back the shopping carts to the proper place.

I am APPALLED! 29 year old son LOVES the spicy chicken sandwiches, the ones that are like Chick-fil-As. That's what he snacks on while everyone's at work, so because he likes them, I buy 3 box's at a time so they will last a week, but they didn't have a single one! I asked an employee and they looked but said it appears "we don't have any". I COULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT! He should have got me his manager so he could have ordered me some. I will never visit here again. I'll just give my son a bigger allowance so he can eat Chick-fil-A as often as he wants. Do better sams. I am very disappointed. Will not be back to spend ANYmore of my money. And you made my baby boy very upset. That breaks my heart more, because I know after a hard days playing video games he needs to republish.

Went in today for gas and groceries. After buying gas, I proceeded in for the shopping. An employee at the entrance required me to show my card to enter. I questioned the reasoning while pointing out that I can not purchase anything without it, so what is the point of this? She demanded it was policy. I showed her my card as I turned and took my business elsewhere. It is my policy to not shop where you waste my time. I then called in to raise my concern to a manager, politely asking to speak with one only to have some young punk tell me I had to explain it to him first before he would allow me to speak with a manager, it is policy. When I refused to waste time detailing it for him, he said F you and hung up on me. I called back again, this time a woman answered the phone and quickly provided her name. Demonstration of acceptance of accountability to the quality of customer service she was about to partake in. Again I asked for a manager and she quickly obliged. Another person got on the phone, but I had to ask many questions to get her title and a name. Maybe hers or maybe not but she claimed to be the assistant manager. This was at 4pm on 6/22/22 for record. I discussed first the person who hung up. She said nothing. I then discussed my issue over the rationale of checking for the presence of a members card. I raised that they do not verify it is active, that I had to present it to purchase anything, and so what purpose could this serve? She said it was to deter thieves that walk out with TVs everyday and it was policy. If I did not like it she would be happy to close my account. I will be more than happy to close it as well as you clearly do not value any customers business.

I paid my renewal fee 3 weeks ago and they cashier said my new date is now Sept 18th 2022 now everytime I go shopping says I owe it and they won't make it right I showed them my receipt and the customer service guy took my receipt and phone and still haven't heard anything back they lie to you how sad!!!!!

If your wanting to kill some time. This is the place to goto in the thriving Columbus community. In reality your buying Walmart bulk food. They have the same thing every week. They have tables of off brand clothing every where. The meat section is a sight. You have to take out a loan to buy some of the cuts of meat. I miss the old days of knowing you butcher. Knowing the bag boy and cashiers. Now we do all the work and check ourselves out. In short this place sucks!

Unfortunately the bakery wouldn't assist me as needed. I asked for recommendations and I shared what I needed and it wasn't out of the norm. When I told them that another Sam's Club had accommodated me with personalization, The decorator suggested I go there. Sad.

You can tell they are part of Walmart. Disinterested sales associate standing around watching the line at the self checkout. No one doing check out. Listened to one of them yell at a customer standing near a check out that there was no check out other than self check out. I rather doubt strongly I will be returning to that SAMs or any SAMs for that matter.

I love the self scan and checkout. No waiting in lines. Just put things in your cart scan with your phone and pay with your debit card on file in app.
