I never leave reviews, but felt this was needed. I ordered a large order tonight and one of the pizzas was messed up. No big deal I called them and within a minute of arriving they handed me the re make. They were very apologetic and professional. I grew up coming to this location and haven’t been here in a few years. This is the cleanest and busiest I’ve seen it in ages. The employees were very courteous and made the little slip up unnoticeable. This is the way every business should be managed!

I will never again order snappy tomato. The chicken ranch pizza was always fav. I ordered online when I arrived at the restaurant in West already it would be made the crust with all the pizza doesn’t have sliced tomatoes on it or sliced green peppers without diced Very poor

Having never been to a Snappy Tomato... after going into this one, I will never eat at another one. The pizza was dried out, looked like it was sitting there for hours. The salad bar had options, but the lettuce was browned, freezer burnt shredded lettuce. If I was a manager I eould not even have put that out.

I would leave zero stars if it were possible. This place was great in the past. But, they have gone downhill so fast that they crashed into the side of the mountain. They revamped their website and it doesn't work at all. I attempted to place an order and it failed over and over. I gave up and thought about my options. I checked my card balance just to be sure that things were okay. It wasn't. My card had been charged even though no order could be placed. When I called the business to rectify the situation, I was told that "I can't help you. That is way above my pay grade". I had to call the card company to get my money back. So long, Snappy's. You were great at one time. But, getting screwed around once is enough.

Ordered pizza at 5:40 p.m. It was delivered at 7:40 p.m. Opened the box and it was all smashed together on one side like they had carried it on it's side. Ordered 2 of the 8 inch cookies with it and they were both burnt. Not too happy right now. Have 7 kids to feed and 4 adults. Nothing like smashed pizza and burnt cookies.
