Very clean. A store employee greeted us as we walked in. Our order was correct and fresh. No napkins in the bag was the only complaint for our experience. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway to anyone wanting Subway.Parking: Plenty of space to park.

The 2 people working tonight work together very well. Always friendly. I have never had an issue and trust me I eat there a lot. Probably 4 days week. It's on by way to work.

Walked into this establishment and the music was so loud, I couldn't hear the workers. I wanted a specific sandwich. (Which I was under the impression I can have my sandwich that I pay for the way i want it) the manager than started yelling at me over the music, saying the sandwiches changed like 2 years ago. Very rude. Subway didn't offer any compensation for the rude behavior we encountered. We will be going to Jimmy John's from now on,better sandwiches and they don't give you a hard time about what you want on your sandwich that you pay for. And not near as expensive! Do better subway! Your workers should never yell over music! Very unprofessional! DO BETTER!

Very badly. They don't serve you, they are just chatting with a laugh, if they serve you. They don't serve you well, they throw food at you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT IS A BAD SUBWAY COLUMBUS INDIANA

Very quick, but they forgot napkins. I only saw one person in there at around 5 pm on a Thursday, so that's probably why. Very friendly girl.My brother worked here about 7 years ago, and it was short staffed. Still is it looks like it.Parking: Parking is in the back. It's a tight road but enough room.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Don't go actin' all crazy now, ya'all. Lol

Went through the drive through, 1 car getting its order as I pulled in, 1 at the order box, about 4 minutes later the car that has been getting its order finally pulls away and then tell the car ahead of me that it will be a 20 minute wait before they can assist them, i hear some colorful words come from the car and then they sped off, I pull up and they add 15 minutes onto what they just told the car ahead of me, there was no cars in the lot amd no other customers in the store (unless they all went to the bathroom at the same time) i chose to wait.... 30 minutes later someone finally takes my order but does not tell me my total before i get to the window... i wait another 5 minutes before my food is handed out to me, I had to remind the person to hand back my card (I will now be keeping a close eye on my account for a while)... when i finally get to where I was going to eat, i tried the Sprite (surprisingly NOT flat) but my sandwich (a simple Ham, Cheese and Mayo) smelled STRONGLY of tuna and is sloppily thrown together... I have never had such a poor experience at a fastfood chain like this before.... I mean its so bad thay I am making this review, mainly in hopes that someone from Subway sees this and gets this chain turned around, I personally will NOT be coming to this location again... it is worth it just to go to one of the other Subways.

Just bad… staff needs retrained or something.. the past 2 times I’ve gotten a sandwich it’s barely been edible.. toasted veggies over toasted bread. my meatball sub had so much marinara on it it was seeping through the wrap and bag. Highly recommended driving to the next closest subway
