Cashier was in a bad mood. Yelling at everyone. First I asked for a tossed salad. She said she can't do that because they don't cut up the vegetables. WHAT??? They're right in front of me under the glass !!!! I I should have left then but I was hungry. Then I asked what type of bread they had. She talked so fast I couldn't understand her. I asked her to repeat it. She did but she bellowed it out so the entire store heard. I'll never go back again. I'm switching to Jimmy John's or Penn Station.

I went through drive-thru this afternoon ordered 2 12" and a wrap. Tipped $9.75 at first window. At 2nd window after over 15 minute wait, was giving wrong order. The 2 guys on staff were apologetic and made my order. Or so i thought, the wrap was a BLT with American. I get home and it is a bacon and cheese wrap no lettuce, no tomatoes, i paid 10.99 for this!!!!

I waited 30 minutes for food after paying. They seemed angry because they were asking for tips at the drive thru window. I didn't know that anyone tipped at a drive thru. By the time we got our food it was wrong and I was not going back. I will never visit again. I'm not sure if they are trying to get their employees to beg for tips so they don't have to pay then or what.

I just picked up my online mobile order and it was legitimately the BEST Subway sandwich I have had in years!! Tried to call to tell them thank you and good job, but their VM was full. I haven't frequented Subway for quite some time because other locations have gone downhill. I will definitely be back to this one!

We ordered two sandwiches and chips to go for lunch. When we got back to the office, realized they had left out our chips and neither sandwich had any condiments on them. That made for a rather dry and bland sandwich! This location definitely has room for improvement.

I went here yesterday to doordash and I sat for 15 minutes because they told me too and then another dasher came in and got their order within 2 minutes and went up to ask them for mine they just had it sitting there and didn’t give me a notice it was done and ready for me. I don’t see where it’s hard to say “hey your order is ready for you”

I ordered 3 footlongs for my family yesterday night and there was only 1 young man up front by himself with dark curly hair taking orders and he made the sandwiches very neat and quickly all by himself. I thought he was the only one working there for a moment until I heard multiple other voices yelling and cussing at each other in the back. This is a family restaurant so I’d expect them to realize we can hear their entire conversations when we’re telling people to write down our orders.

This location needs to train staff when completing an online order, to read the "special instructions" printed on the receipt before even making the sandwich. They NEVER read this so your online order ends up being incorrect.

Not bad. It’s usually pretty clean and the staff is always friendly. I don’t love the sandwiches, but the salad is good and so are the cookies.

This location is the busiest in Columbus and does almost twice the amount of business as others in the area. They are constantly having staffing issues, so it seems like everyone is new and training. If you are patient with the workers you will get a GREAT sandwich. They really try as hard as they can with what they have.

Maybe if the people who worked here could read they'd be better at their job. This location has NEVER gotten an order correct and always adds olives for no reason. Don't even bother asking for extra sauce on orders because they WILL NOT put it on there. Texting in front of customers and ignoring them is also an awesome plus for this establishment.
