I moved here in October with the intention of trying out local establishments and supporting small businesses. Being a fan of boba, I was excited to give a local spot a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. When I visited the other day, I was informed that they only accepted cash, which I understood. When I returned today around 8 pm with cash in hand, I found that they were out of most items. The owner's demeanor was unfriendly as he hurriedly rearranged things. Despite tapioca not being marked as unavailable on the menu board, I was abruptly told they were out of it when I requested it. Feeling uncomfortable due to his aggressive behavior, I decided to leave. The owner's rude response as I exited, followed by his abrupt closure of the shop, left me shocked. As I shared my experience with others who arrived afterward, they revealed similar encounters with the owner's recent unfriendly behavior. We collectively decided not to support his business. It's disheartening when you aim to support local enterprises and are met with such treatment. Such behavior is detrimental to business growth. I doubt I will ever return, and it wouldn't surprise me if the shop closes in the near future.

Stellar boba tea, but owner is beyond strange. 5 years in business and no credit card acceptance?! Boxes everywhere, tiny unorganized space.

Very rude and the past 3 times I came he didn’t have tapioca made until almost 2 pm.

The tea was the best I've tasted in my life. The wait was short and worth it. I can't believe how empty it was for being so good.

The drink was delicious, however, the owner was very rude with the customers. He gets upset if you make a mistake in your order and need changes. Not only this, he writes A** word on signage on the boxes and gets offended if you tip with coins.

I'm just passing through for work and this was the only boba shop in Columbus. So I figured I'd give it a try. It is CASH ONLY. But the honeydew boba milk tea was fantastic. Looks like a local business from the vibe I got. So if you like boba and supporting local businesses. Then definitely check this place out. I saw in some reviews that the owner was mean or rude. I don't believe this to be true. I believe if you show respect and manners then the owner will do the same. Some people are just sensitive and to them maybe that's how he came off. But again, just seems like an honest humble guy to me.

Before I start ❗️this place ONLY accepts cash❗️This place is definitely one of my favorite places!!It’s a cute little place but…it’s small, so keep that in mind. If you stop by while others are waiting on their drinks, there’s a chance you may have to wait outside. It’s not just the rona but seriously…it’s small.Anyway, here’s the tea ✨☕️The tea? Amazing!??If you’ve never had bubble tea and would like to give it a try, here’s what you should know.?????????, ??? ????? ???? ??????? ?? ????? ?? ??? ???? ??? ??? ??? ??????? ????? ?? ??? ????? ???.There are three kinds of toppings????????? (??? ????)~ these are the black, chewy balls that usually go with milk tea. They’re not always black, sometimes people make it with other fruity flavors. I’ve seen strawberry and mango (but unfortunately never tried them) I’m only pointing this out in case you run into any other shops. ❗️This shop only has the basic (common) tapcioca❗️????? ~ this topping isn’t really that popular. The way I’d describe jelly is like small, cubed gelatin. The texture feels that way too but it’s definitely worth trying. If I ever feel a little burnt out from boba, jelly is my go to.??????? ????? ~ popping balls are literally what they sound like. They’re small balls filled with flavored juice that pop in your mouth. This is the reason I like getting juice tea with it instead of milk tea.But if you’d still like the try popping balls in milk tea, id say go for it!Popping balls in milk tea really isn’t the worst, in my opinion.Another thing about this place I should mention is that there’s only one person running it.Like I said, it’s small. The owner works all week by himself. If you have a big order, it might take a minute so I’d recommend placing a big order ahead of time. This guy can also be a little intimidating at first but he’s actually really sweet! I usually stop by every weekend and he can be pretty goofy? But on a different note, I’ve been going to his shop for about a year now and he’s only ever messed up my drink once.Anyway, I hope this helped some of you reading these reviews.Enjoy your visit :)

Very rude service, there's not a lot of places that are real authentic boba tea and the guy was very rude with us not being able to understand what he was saying and yelling at us, drove 45 minutes for nothing. Also opens at 11:30 but tapioca isn't available till after 12:45!

I really enjoyed the jasmine green tea milk tea with boba (0% syrup)! The boba were pretty small and pretty soft and chewy too. I’m a huge boba fan and have tried many different places for it, and I would say this is a solid choice. I think the flavors come from a powder mix. I’m looking forward to trying more flavors like the assam. Service was also speedy!Edit: Also liked the watermelon flavor a lot and the coconut was more like green tea I think so it may have caffeine, heads up! I definitely wanna try all the milk tea flavors and appreciate the ability to adjust the sweetness.
