Trying to order and people answering when I ask question why they delivered last week the exact same order they hung up three times if you monitor calls I'd like them addressed

Why does noone answer the phone? My elderly parents tried to find out about their pizza. Waited two hrs. Nothing! Very frustrated with this system. Not everyone can use the app. At least answer the phone!!

I love Pizza Hut, they've never failed me yet. The service was timely and friendly and the food was great. Only downside was my alfredo was a little watery but it happens! Still tasted FANTASTIC.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would been waiting on my pizza 2 hours and still don’t have it and no one will answer the phone all I get is recordings

This used to be the best Pizza Hut ever. Now it it's completely out of hand. Terrible service and food. The dine in is closed. Still a mess, they need help.
I'm usually greeted by a very nice gentleman with glasses. this time the guy with the backwards hat must of had his cheerios pissed in. He had a very bad attitude.

I parked along side the building when picking pizza up...one other car in lot literally. The GM was in her car and saw me, she proceeded to drive by me and scream "thats not a parking spot" over n over until she left lot. Connersville,IN location has seen last of my business thanks to Constance the GM there

Can't dine in anymore in connersville, but services is still good and food is too. Last time was there employees asked if they could help me to my car with order. Made my day
