I would give 0 stars if I could. I and several others were in line at the drive thru well before they closed (I was in line at 8:45 and they closed at 9:00. The others behind me were also there before 9:00). Because this location is the slowest business on the planet, I didn’t make it up to the speaker until 9:04 (my own fault for thinking they’d be a decent business and serve people, or at the very least, communicate). I sat and waited for another ten minutes before finally calling them. The women who answered said they were closed and I told her that I and several others had been waiting in line before they closed, and I said at the very least they could have communicated that instead of leaving people sitting there. She proceeds to lie and say she checked before shutting off the speaker, and I told her that was not true and this was poor business. She proceeded to hang up on me. Unprofessional, rude, and no common decency.

Order a 4 piece, charged for 6 piece , didn't allow us to decide the sides just threw what they wanted in the box. Did not explain what they did. Cost more then I was ready for. To expensive. They won't allow you to Order food items separately, only as meals.

A few weeks ago my husband had went there for ice cream and apparently are always out of every single flavor but one, my father also said that they didn’t have any tacos and sandwiches serving one day and the inside of the store smells completely disgusting and will never go back there again.

Lobby doors locked, cash only, no chocolate or strawberry ice cream and pop machines down. The French fries we got seemed like yesterday's leftovers.

The manager Bailey is rude and doesn’t want to fix any problems with an order. They don’t always give you your receipt so you know what’s ordered and then she talks to you like your stupid even though what they didn’t give you was on the receipt they tried to keep and then lie about the items not being on there and they clearly were. When you call she is just as rude and tells you that you can leave a review and call corporate. You also can never go inside the restaurant because it’s always closed and you have to go drive thru only. I won’t be going back to this Dairy Queen I will drive out of town for better service.

I ordered a blizzard cake and when we went in to pick it up I also ordered 2 large drinks, one diet with vanilla flavoring and 1 regular diet. She rang me up and told me it was $5 something. I told her I needed to pay for the cake and she said "oh yeah" and went back in the back to ask someone else about it. We got the cake and the drinks. I found out after we left that my drink was regular coke, not diet. So that was $2.50 down the drain. All of this is secondary to the fact that the girl who waited on us had absolutely filthy long fingernails. Dirt and whatever just packed under them. If I had ordered food that she handled I wouldn't have been able to eat it. Everyone is all about supporting local business. If this is the best we can do, it's pretty sad. If this girl can't keep her nails clean she needs to cut them short. I love a good blizzard but I guess I'll be getting mine in Lafayette from now on.

We waited over five minutes for the cashier to come out from the back. She takes our order and goes straight to the back where she came from. She did not fill our order, which was just an ice cream cone for my son. I watched the staff for almost ten minutes working on drive-thru orders. I finally stepped up and asked if they were going to fill my order so we could get going, but the drive-thru person said their ice cream machine was down and did we wanted something else. I said I would just like to get my money back. The manager came out. I told her this was terrible service and started to explain why. She cut me off and was belligerent. She told me she didn't care and started to argue. I asked for her name and said I would contact her manager. I felt like she was trying to intimidate me. I've decided to contact the district manager instead.Parking: There were lots of spaces because nobody was there but the drive-thru customers and us.
