Food took forever and our pasta dishes came out burnt on the edges and piping hot. Didn’t get a refill the entire time we were there and the boxes took longer than the food did we actually just left after 45 minutes of waiting so who knows how much longer it would have

Food is great, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the servers are very polite.
Greeks has some of the best pizza in Crawfordsville. Always tastes amazing. So good that it almost makes up for how expensive it is. The only issue is how long it takes for them to make the food. Even the simplest orders of breadsticks I've seen take over 45 minutes. I ordered a medium Greek's special with no mushrooms and came in twice. The first time was 20 minutes after I placed the order online and there was only one customer in store, but it wasn't ready. Had to leave and come back 45 minutes later. Still wasn't done but many more customers had shown up. I'm writing this review an hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order, sitting in the restaurant, waiting. Still not ready. Always tastes amazing. Not once has it taken less than an hour to get the order.

I ordered on line and when I arrived the young man behind the counter stated they had just noticed my order10 minutes prior and they were just starting on it. While I waited the delivery driver came in complaining about the customer that was a regular and complained to him they are always late. The driver continued to say if they saw our kitchen they would understand why we are always late. On my way out I told the young man that it probably isn't wise to talk about customers in front of other customers. He said that customers that call in asking for 6 pizzas can not expect us to deliver them on time since we don't open till 11. Love this pizza but the attitudes are terrible and full of excuses when it comes to service. The only customers in the dining room at the time had to come and ask for silverware to eat. Greeks need to have a huge attitude adjustment or get new help.

Sign on the door says open till 11pm. Came it at 9:45 and they ignored us when we came in. Waitress sat us at the table after we hit a bell at the register and we asked if we could sit down still. She said that we weren't late and told us to sit down wherever we'd like and went back to the back. She came back and told us at the table that they closed at 10pm and stopped taking orders after 9:45 and that we were too late. We asked for a pizza to go. She went back to the back and we could hear them snicker and say that they already shut off their ovens (at 9:45) and to offer us salads.If you're closed at 10, but shut off your ovens before 9:45, what part actually closes at 10? Do you push people outside of the door after 9:59? The apple maps and many other places online has an 11pm close date, but you really are done with business...when? Not at 10. Apparently not at 9:45...so 9:30? Schedules, on doors and registered places like imaps, are there to give the customer all the information needed so they know whether or not the place is open for business.The pizza is excellent because it is part of a chain that was established in 1969. But the new owner, still a teenager or barely 20, doesn't understand that you can't run a business when things are convenient for them or when they decide they don't want to work anymore. We'll come back in a couple years when the ownership is sure to change...I just hope this guy doesn't run this location into the ground. Pathetic guys.

There was only one waitress working so it was a little slower than normal. But it was definitely worth the wait. Our breadsticks and pizza were delicious!! Highly recommend!

We just recently moved here and this will be the second time we have ordered from here. The pizza is okay but not any better than any regular chain. The food was cold last time it got here and as of writing this review, my second order is now 20 minutes late. I just won’t be going back. Very

This review has nothing to do with the quality of food. We love their food and eat here often. The new owners try very hard to please their customers and give good service. However, When we used this site to order online for pickup it went through GrubHub. It does not tell you that until after you check out. GrubHub charges you more for this service (even when you are picking up the order) than what you would pay by calling the order in. We did not know this and tried to cancel the order. We called Greeks and they said they couldn't change it because the order had already processed through GrubHub. When I order online through other local restaurants this doesn't happen. Just beware of extra charges if you order online through this site. We discussed this with the owner but not sure what is anything they can do to change it. Not sure if this is a Yelp issue or the business issue.
Placed a pick up order for 1 pizza. Was told 20 minutes. When I arrived I was told they were backed up and it was going to be a bit longer. The guy was sitting at a screen it looked like he was trying to put in an order. Must have been first week on the job. A bit overwhelmed. I think only 1 other person was working the dining room. It was pretty full. They need to remember to wash their hands after working the computer and before handling beverages and to only hold the glasses around the sides and not the rims. Pizza could have used a bit longer in the oven but had good flavor. Maybe will try another night when it isn't so busy.

Spent 31 dollars on a XL greeks special on 9/24/23. Not a very good pizza. It didn't have much flavor at all and the bottom of the crust was oily. I don't think I'll be back for that price again.

Wife and I tried them for the first time two weeks ago. We have been there 3 times now. We love everything about the place. It is the only pizza place I will go to now. The bread sticks, gourmet meat pizza and the meatball sub were all delicious.The staff were very hospitable, and the owner is impressive. You have to respect such a young individual who works as hard as he does. As long as they are in business they have our business.

They let the phone go to an Automated service b4 you can speak to anyone ? so I just drove down bc I didn't get an answer the phone? as we walked in the girl at the register didn't even get up out of her chair she had pulled to the register to say "welcome in" ?? as we entered the establishment she took our orders from her chair she a had sitting in from of it ? we told her it was our 1st time there we travel cross country she didn't explain three menu till I placed my order & why they didn't sell Calzones she goes in to tell me that's what the shells are ??? I thought they where pasta shells over all it was pricey for that kind of experience my 1 & last time there now I travel cross country with my job and stay in different states for 3 months at a time eat out weekly & rate all Experiences and food on Google so other people may be able to enjoy the same place the pizza was good we got two pizzas and a meat ball sub the sub was very small for 10& the XL pizza was good the LG pizza was good I guess it was more about the experience that was a real Disappointment we don't mind paying good money but when u do that u want the over 10 for experience
