Inside the men’s bathroom was a dead cockroach lying in the corner of the room. A worker was in there with me and he didn’t wash his hands after he was done. I later saw him preparing food behind the counter with his bare hands and no gloves. Waited 20+ minutes for my food and it was cold. There were 6 other people before me that didn’t get their food. Funny detail, they played Game of Thrones music in the restaurant ?♂️

Where is the negative star? This store really needs to shut down until they find reliable management and employees..there over 30 min wait time for to go orders...They closed down the lobby at 6:30 pm and only works thru drive through..hand written signs on doors, pathetic employees and their service...avoid going to this store at all cost until you have free extra hours of your time...Lazy staff and lazy managers

The atmosphere is very dirty, the manager needs to cut his fingernails clean his body up he's nasty he shouldn't be a manager I believe his name is Mike. The place needs to be shut down I even heard in the back of the store where they cook chicken it was nasty the place needs to be shut down ? the health department needs to go in there and do expection especially in the kitchen very filthy I will never go to KFC again it needs to be shut down by the health department the only reason I give them a one-star there's no zeros shut it down health department or I will call them myself????

Arrived for dine-in BUT when I stepped inside it smelled like nasty mold, the place looked dirty, some guy was sleeping on the booth, and the fountain drinks were out of order. I've seen one or two not working but all of them. I ended up leaving, wasn't worth the risk to eat here and I would suggest avoiding it at all costs or the very least going inside instead of drive through to see it all for yourself.

It’s always a painfully long wait to get food. I’ve been there waiting and overheard the manager turn away a customer bc they didn’t have a certain chicken made and the manager wouldn’t make more. My husband and I moved here January and the fountain machine hasn’t worked since (at least) then. But honestly probably before. There’s always workers standing in the back and it takes an eternity for them to notice you standing up front

To the owner of this franchise location.Give me $1000 and I will give you 40 hours. Five 8 hour shifts. Two to observe, one to develop procedural changes, two to implement changes. I guarantee I can improve your efficiency and increase your sales. I went for carrot arriving at 5:55pm. It took 25 minutes to place my order and 25 minutes to get my order. I watched 5 vehicles pull away including one that had already placed their order. I’m guessing average drive through order to be around $30.00. That’s $150.00 you lost just while I was waiting. I asked the girl if there were only two people working. She found that funny and basically replied “more or less”. I have worked in high volume restaurants for many, many years and have worked with top food and beverage directors. I don’t expect KFC to be true fast food but come on, 50 minutes!
Stopped in here with some friends on the way back from a trip and had to use the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely unclean. The toilet was obviously not cleaned in a long time and smelled awful. My friends got food but I couldn’t stomach to get anything after the bathroom being so unclean.
Walked in Monday night on way to PURDUE GAME . MOP AND BUCKET AT FRONT DOOR . PERSON SITTING TALKING MAYBE TO A REP. 4 PEOOLE IN BACK TALKING . No one acknowledged us. US. WE WALKED OUT WITH OUT FOOD AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

The chicken was uncooked, the staff acted like they were enslaved, the biscuits were raw, they didn't even have chicken, they didn't have mac & cheese, they didn't have chicken strips, worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. They didn't even have ice in their drinks.It was so rawalso, it took about 40 minutes for that turd of a kids meal to come out. It looked like the Kardashians had made it and that's a compliment!

Hot garbage, sat in drive through for half an hour and was ignored while the workers talked about their tattoos to customers. Never came by window or did anything. Do not go here unless you want to leave hungry and pissed off.
