Taco Bell South Crawfordsville Indiana ?The young lady that helped me with my gift cards was a sweetheart, I can't seem to remember her name. But certainly remember Autumn's, whom I'm assuming is the manager, as she was an unexcusable hateful B****. I waited for 15 minutes and didn't have a problem with it. Autumn must have thought I didn't wait long enough, she became extremely mad because the young lady left drive thru window to help me! (I believe the young lady felt obligated since it had been so long) Autumn stepped out from the back and looked at me 2 or 3 times, rolled her eyes and went back to what she was doing. When she seen that the young lady was helping me she shook her fist and then swung it through the air and loudly mumbling as she was going back to the back. I feel sorry for anybody that has to work in that kind of environment. I'm not sure what she expected of the young lady but she was busting her butt. I was surprised she didn't break down in tears. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was use to it. I just wanted a gift card but left very heartfelt for this young lady and half sick to my stomach, it was that bad.I gave the person the gift card and strongly expressed for them not to go to that Taco Bell. Even wrote it on the BD card.Family environment NO. Am I going back not until she's removed. Can't imagine anyone acting like that behind closed doors let alone in public! She was hateful and nasty no other way to word it but honestly. It cost absolutely nothing to be kind to someone.

worst place in crawfordsville for quick food. Order is always made wrong, stuff is always missing, and god forbid you bring any of this up to employees cause if you do they are rude and snarky about it. if i could give 0 stars on everything i would. surprised this place is still running with how the employees are. Just because you’re stuck in fast food for the rest of your life making minimum wage doesnt mean you have to take your poor life choices out on others.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell or any for that matter. I had placed an app order. It’s was easily a $40 order. I arrived to pick it up and was informed that they were out of nacho cheese and almost everything in our order had nacho cheese. She offered to refund my order or make it with shredded cheese instead. I opted for the shredded. (It was a very large, several people, shared order) I had also ordered 2 cups or nacho cheese with our fries. She offered to replace those with Cinnabon delights. I said that was fine. When I got to the window, I asked if I could have a couple of cups of chipotle sauce and sour cream. She told me that sour cream was expensive and would be almost a dollar per cup and she couldn’t give that & begrudgingly gave me a cup of chipotle and a cup of creamy jalapeño. I was annoyed because nacho cheese was also almost $1 per cup and I didn’t get any of that or a discount because of it, but I didn’t say anything, so that’s on me. When I got home and went through our order, almost every single thing was wrong and the TWO Cinnabon delights that they gave us to compensate for the missed nacho cheese cups, were very small, very hard & either stale or burnt & there was no icing. Our burritos literally had meat and shredded cheese and were missing all other components so we basically had soft tacos in burrito shells at the burrito price. I usually love Taco Bell, they’re one of my favorite fast food places. This visit was very disappointing to say the least though.
No problems with the food or the location itself, but the service here sucks for dine in. They care more about the drive through than they do about their dine in customers. I have counted 9 cars go through drive through before the order right before me was ever called. I also find that you have to keep asking for stuff if you're dining in. Nothing stays stocked. Lids, sauces, etc. They don't care about their dine in customers.
