I ordered crispy fish. The sandwich was just an absolute mess, slopped together. This is par for the course at this location for all of their sandwiches. I have called many times with this complaint. Won't return to this store.

Amanda is the worst manager I've ever seen and I work in the service industry. Chastity was so nice she should never have to work in an environment like I just seen and heard. So sad. It's not her fault they have NO BEEF in the middle day she can't sell something she can't give out. And Amanda refused to refund my money like I should wait 20min for them to make beef. Crazy. The restaurant itself lost money over this cause as I'm waiting 15 min for Amanda to come to the window 3 cars pulled away. NO BEEF AT BEEF PLACE!! What!!!

I made an order for a meal the cashier added it up as separate charge me additional for a drink. The food was cold by the time I got everything sorted out I would never go back to this Arby's again. The roast beef also was appeared to been short on the meat.

Food tasted alright but our beef and cheddars looked like they got ran over by a greyhound bus and stone cold stunnered into their wrappers. It's okay if you're looking for drunk food and could care less.

I love Arby's, but this trip the whole side of my sandwich was wet, the whole corner of the box inside, like something was dumped in it, (wasn't from the sandwich) was like water, didn't know this til I was too far down the street to go back (was a late dinner) the crinkle fries are so bland, my daughter got the roast beef sandwich too, hers was fine, but her curly fries must have been the last of the batch, all ends, she didn't eat them, so for close to $30. for two people, I won't be going back any time soon. The only upside was the Strawberry shakes, this were amazingly good!
The good burger is not good. It gets a 2.5 out of 10. It’s edible but forgetable. Keenan and Kel would be disappointed. Arby’s needs to stay away from burgers.

I love the Supers and ordered there twice recently. They are not the Supers from the past at all. Very skimpy on the beef. Bought 2 Supers in Munster and it was the complete opposite. The Supers of old or the way they should be. Very disappointed in Arby's in Crown Point.
