Went on a Sunday night. There was 14 of us out celebrating my mom's bday. When we got there, there was about 5 other tables. 2 of which we 6 to 8 tops. Only 1 server on. He was crazy busy. He stayed on top of our table. Was super friendly. Nate was great. Highly recommend asking for him on Sundays. My husband and I got the tortellini. The meat sauce was good but the pasta was still cold and the cheese inside the noodles was gritty so u know it wasn't cooked fully. Our pastas took longer than the pizza so you would think it would be hot. We won't be getting that next time. The pizza came out hot and the dinner salads were nice size.

Let me start of by saying that in from New York City, home of the best pizzas and I’m visiting Indiana. Aurelio’s pizza is one of THE BEST pizzerias I have ever had in my life, including comparing to NY pizza . I think I love Aurelio’s more than Lou Malnatis. This will be my number one pizzeria when I come to Indiana . A++++++++!!!!Parking: Plenty of parking
This review has nothing to do with the pizza or the delivery driver but with the very rude manager at this store. I placed an almost $300 dollar order and called to ask if I could have it delivered closer to the time I actually needed it to ensure the people that were eating got fresh pizza but also that it was delivered on time. She was rude and didn’t even let me finish speaking before cutting me off saying no we don’t do timed orders. I asked if they could do it for a large order and I was informed, “uhm no we don’t do that only for pick ups.” When I asked to speak to a manager she said “ha uhm you’re speaking to her.” So then I asked to speak to someone above her and she proceeded to tell me that she was basically an owner. I said oh so you own the establishment? She said “yeah pretty much I have been here for 7 years”. I have never been so disgusted with the way someone has handled themselves In a service industry. The service industry I worked in for 10 years tried to help customers that were spending actual money at their establishment. I know just from that experience I will stop ordering anything from Aurelio’s and tell everyone I know that does eat here on a regular basis to avoid the poor service and eat somewhere else. The fact that I was being cut off everytime I tried to speak and she was blatantly rude for no reason is the issue here. Maybe some customer service classes so she can learn how to speak to people like a human being would be great. I also let her know I would be leaving this review.
