First off I'm not from area I'm in a small town in Illinois by the Indiana border called Thornton . I stopped to get gas and smokes because I was traveling thru I place my order and sure they upsell they're a small business inside a gas station I saw another lady upset because they upsold about cold foam and cream chz on both sides of my sammich who cares McDonald's upsells when they ask if you can want fries with that. As I'm awaiting for my sandwich and cup of Joe I keep getting telemarketers trying to sell me insurance and he took the phone and politely told them to stop calling. Introduced himself to me as Trevor and super polite. I got the sausage egg and chz on everything bagel but I got a plain bagel which I'm okay with. I'm shocked at how soft and the flavor of the bagel normally you get a bagel and it's tough and at times hard to chew but from the coffee to the sandwich everything is so phenomenal. Any one passing this area needs to stop support small American business and stop supporting the corporate conglomerate. Can we open 1 in Thornton Illinois? I'll be by everyday!

We made a stop here after driving along Interstate 65 toward Chicago. The Bigby Coffee is inside a GetGo gas station. So you have a Bigby, a convenience store and place to go to the restroom, all in one spot. We just got a coffee and used the restroom. The place is clean and bright, and the restrooms are decent, too. This is a good place to stop and take a break after driving for a while.

Traveling out of town alone w/ baby, I decided to make a pitstop for breakfast. The store itself was very clean and the staff was nice. The cashier greeted me quickly and started to take my order. They were quick to talk and the way they upselled made it seem like these were part of the item rather than something I need to pay extra for. For instance, "are you wanting the cold foam on the top of your latte" and "Cream cheese on both sides of your turkey havarti sandwich?" When it came time to pay, the cashier asked if I was a part of the rewards program which I wasn't and they asked me "what city do you live in?" I told them and they said "oh there's one in Westfield," then just swiped a rewards card and hands it to me. I felt a little bit taken advantage of.. like an easy target to upsell a ton of things to. I'm traveling alone with my baby and just wanted to try Biggby. If all locations are made to upsell like this, thanks but no thanks!

My visit was at 630am today and I ordered a 20oz teddy bear (white chocolate and caramel) with extra espresso. The drink was tasty and when I gave them a tip, they celebrated, saying "we got a tip" and responded to me saying thank you. This is a great place to go for coffee and snacks!
Love their coffee &’ the man at this location in the drive thru Monday November 27th around 6-8 am had awesome energy. I didn’t catch his name because I was semi asleep in the passenger seat but the quality of service he provided was excellent.

Friendly staff at least the cashier was, and clean place. However do yourself a favor and go to the Saint John indiana location if you want your coffee made correctly. Disappointed that they couldn't make my simple request and lied about it. Definitely not going back. You shouldn't either for the cost and service.

Biggby coffee is like the chickfila of coffee chains. Everything I've had from here tastes amazing. The staff and owner are so so sweet and patient but also make sure to get through your order and the drivethru line fast. I've never once had a bad experience here. They clearly value customer service. Easily better than starbucks or dunkin

if i could rate this place negative stars i would. i worked here for about a year and a half and it was horrible. the owner seems nice at first but is actually very inconsiderate and extremely creepy. he only hires women(mostly teenagers) and has said “i’m not ready for a guy to work here” before. he would make inappropriate jokes and comments to staff and costumers. i would definitely not recommend working here. i had to argue with him to let me have off when i was sick. during covid he had someone stay and make food even though they found out they were exposed the covid. i had to constantly remind him and bug him to get certain days off even if i requested off months ahead of time which i understand you can’t get it off every time you request off but every single time i had to bug him to get it. he didn’t understand my whole entire life didn’t revolve around biggby. and lastly i wouldn’t eat here, ESPECIALLY THE TURKEY! anytime i would prep the turkey it would be slimy and it would be turning like grey or green. there were times when when the fridges in the back would be left open all night or the milk was left on the counter all day. if you’re a vegetarian definitely don’t eat here. and there is a staff member that i know does not use gloves. so take what you will from all that. just be WARNED!
