Took my neice here for her birthday, big mistake, she didn't get her meal til everybody in our group was done eating, additionally the waiting staff was not able to change the channel, they were very slow due to it being St Patrick's day and management was no where to be

Food was ok. The food runners tried giving our food to another table, then tried giving us someone else's food twice. We were never asked if we wanted drinks. Asked for silverware and never got it, had to ask again. Did not get refills on water. The wait was unusually long for this location. Typically we have good food and service but this time was terrible.

A server was fantastic. The food was fantastic but it took an hour for half of our party to get their food. Thought it was very strange they brought half of our parties order out and the other three waited an additional half hour to get their food delivered.Love how apologetic the management was and how attentive they were. They were willing to give us free desserts but no one really wanted a desert so we got a whopping $5 off per couple for $15 total.Considering they're charging $8 for a large french fry I feel they could have done better with the discount due to the extreme wait time

We waited a long time to receive our food. The food didn't come out all together for our table. My husband got his food 8 minutes later than everyone else did at our table. My son got his fries 8 minutes later also after he was finished with his boneless wings. The wings were so small. We asked for silverware and was told there wasn't any. It took forever to get our bill due to the manager was on the phone and had to wait for him to get off, then we waited even longer to pay our bill. Waitress was on top of it for our drinks.
Today 2/21/2024 we had a party of 5 come to the this bdubs. We got our drinks quickly. Redeemed points for cheese curds, asked for a side of regular ranch, didn't receive the ranch until most of the cheese curds were gone. All 5 of us placed our orders. Everyone got their food and was half way thru their food before I got my food. The server Jess O. Would go get my food but then brought out a different tables food out. Walked past our table before she stated she would go see about my food. Jess O was very rude. Rolling her eyes at all of us and the tables around us. Had a horrible attitude. Between the 5 of us our bill was about $95. Her attitude is ugly.

I put in an online order for pickup, it was ready at the pickup time. Time. I was pleasantly surprised because most places have you wait around for 10 to 20 minutes after your pickup time. I can honestly say that I am sad with the prices, as eating out has just become so expensive everywhere. We probably order from bdubs (bww) twice a year now. With two toddlers I will say it was definitely cheaper to order a 10-piece boneless wing with no sauce and fries than it was to order two chicken tenders meals. The staff was friendly and pick up was easy. The food was good and the order was correct.
