Terrible, terrible, terrible. We waited in the drive-thru behind two cars for 18 minutes. We finally got so frustrated I got out of my car and knocked on the drive thru window. The lady said she they were making fresh food. The food bins were stacked with food and fries, but nothing was being given to the customers. I worked fast food for 5 years. There was no excuse for this wait. It seems like the workers were making the food to take home with them, rather than to distribute it to paying customers. If I were the owner of this franchise I would be irate. A lot of missed opportunities for making a lot of cash.

Wow Lady in drive through sorry to bother you for my breakfast if you don't like your job do something else ... food was ok coffee ☕️ could be a little more hot garbage can at the end of the drive through was over full hopefully the rest of the restaurant was clean someone from corporate should check it out

I can assure you that a previous comment about the PREVIOUS GM is not accurate...she hasn't been with the company for over 2 years and it has nothing to do with the Burger King itself....I can assure you that this location is much better from any prior experiences thank

Twofold, we ordered 2 Whopper Jr's one with fries and mine with onion rings. The food was fresh, we ate in the car and will do it again, when we get to that side of town. Will there ever be one in Winfield??? We would go all the time. Just tired of McDonald's all the time when you want a to pick up a quick burger.Vegetarian options: Everything is fresh, so leave out the meat, chicken, and fish and voila! Vegetarian it is and the impossible burger is awesome. Oatmeal I haven't tried, but I have Oatmeal all the time at home. So I will try the Oatmeal burger soon.Dietary restrictions: What's left for me to say.Parking: Plenty of spots. Handicapped parking at the doors.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always there, so I am sure the inside welcomes them.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.

The GM of this establishment is a Hoffman. Her son Jacob, in her own home, neglected and beat a 6 month old baby to death while he scored drugs with the mother of the child. The baby was dead for days in her home before found.If this is the type of establishment that allows people like her to manage multiple locations, I will not eat here.Look up Brittney Chambers NWI. Mother of the poor dead child whose blood is on Jacob and his mother’s hands.Probably can’t even make a whopper correctly either.
