Worst cold stone by far. If your a dasher and on a time schedule stay away from this place. They will not work on the online orders when there is people in the store because they feel that in store customers are better than their online orders

If you're in the area, stop in for a cold treat anytime of the year!BUT I highly recommend always leaving with one of the tastiest candy apples you'll ever enjoy- with endless flavors. They will full fill all of your expectations.This holiday season, the CP location was decorated so cute.I enjoy stopping in everytime!

My friends and I went into cold stone and it took a good 35 minutes to get icecream. Workers were standing around with a long line of people waiting to pay and for their icecream. I waited for my shake and watched it sit for 25 minutes in the machine before anybody noticed it was in there then proceeded to still make it wrong. Won’t be back. Will be going to Valpo next time.

Owner is a j**** He also owns the location in Valparaiso. Customer service SUCKS at both but especially in Valpo. Used to be much better but just like everywhere else quality and service is in the toilet. I’m back at Dairy Queen or I go to a cold stone in IL if im desperate enough where I feel appreciated as a customer.

Product was great tasting. Server was way too slow. Would've gave a 5 star rating but Took him way too long. I was only one in store and for a smoothie and a creation, took him 10 mins !!!!!
Ordered online and got there 15 minutes after it was marked ready for pick up. I got there. A young guy said that they were just finishing my order. They in fact weren’t but if they were and I just couldn’t tell it took them 15 minutes to do so. I was better off getting in the long line.

People of color, save your money and spend it elsewhere. I have told everyone that I know to not go here. I’m not the only person who has experienced staff serving the white customers and completely skipping over black customer and when addressed were told to wait while several other staff are served. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager is “never there” I believe it! Horrible place. Don’t go !!!!! It’s 2023. Racism is lame!

Walked in and got a cup of ice cream to go. The girl who took my order set it sideways in the bag flattening one side of my order causing the ice cream to go over the cone on the other side. On top of that, she wrapped it so tightly in plastic that most of the toppings came off when I unwrapped it.

Went to cold stone tonight for ice cream and got the worse service. Ask for extra cake in my ice cream and almonds, there’s barely in here. Also ordered a taffy apple specifically stated the one with the nuts and she gave me the wrong one. The crew tonight was distracted and extremely slow! I will not be coming back.
