Culver's is the best of the fast food establishments I've been to in Chicago land. I was particularly fond of the fried chicken years ago, but that was discontinued. I usually order the fish dinner or a double mushroom burger now. It would be nice if fast food companies would update some of their food to be more healthful. For instance, air fried French fries instead of deep fried, and freeze dried vegetables that would have shelf life of up to 25 years before simply being rehydrated to their original taste and texture. Until fast food companies catch up, Culver's is the best alternative I've found in the fast food industry.

When I placed my order, it was for a Tuesday special. The cashier didn't know what I was talking about? I asked the young lady to make sure I had my complete order. She said she did. She didn't. I was shorted some of my order. So, I called the store. I guess I spoke to a manager. They asked if I wanted to come back, and I said no, I'm sorry, I'm in for the night . So she told me to take her name down and when I come back ask for her.I will see how this works out when I'm in the area.

This place has been going down hill for a while in the last 6 mths. Burger tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill and so salty couldn't eat it or feed it to the dogs. This location has gone down

Easy order. Single deluxe no mayo. Add ketchup and mustard. Got on the highway. Mayonnaise, no mustard or ketchup. I really like Culver's but system wide they have some listening problems.

Always good food and Pam in the drive thru is always so pleasant to see with her great attitude and smile it makes it even better there!

Promote Cindi immediately! She is amazing! Above and beyond customer service is so rare these days. On our recent visit, we had a minor issue. Cindy made it her personal goal to make 100% sure we were taken care of in every way. Customer service like this will keep customers like me coming back year after year.
