Ordered over $140 worth of food 2 weeks in a row to feed a team at a local tournament. 2 weeks in a row now my orders were late, which means the team had to eat minutes before going out to compete. This may not seem like a big deal, but when a kid has worked their entire life to perform the lot best in the off season every little thing matters…including food digestion and nutrition. Terrible delivery times! Definitely not “freaky fast” ??♀️Update: GM is going to see what they can do for some sort of reimbursement since the kids have already eaten at the concession stand.

The have a variety of different sandwiches. I got one of their new summer wraps.Parking: They have a lot of parking spots by the Jimmy John’s and if you can’t find parking they also have some next door which is pops.
Absolutely horrible. Made my order at 1015am for a 12pm delivery. Called at 1215 to see where my order is. The lady who answered said it was out for delivery… come 1230 she apologized for being “slammed” when I called back and he was on his way. Had to cancel my order @ 1245 because he still wasn’t here…. Fyi if u ordering for lunch don’t order for here! Wish I would have read previous reviews abt this issue., now I have to go thru the entire day with no lunch to even take my meds with.. thanks Jimmy

Ordered a sandwich with avocado (that is overpriced), and the sandwich was delivered to me. When I called to communicate that my sandwich was not made the way I had ordered it (with avocado), they said they would deliver another sandwich. At first, I was content with this and had the sandwich I had originally ordered ready to show them if needed. The driver who delivered the correct sandwich then ARGUED with me about the way avocado should appear and stated the original sandwich was correctly made. This was discounting my experience as a customer. This driver needs to act his pay wage. I will never order from this JJs again or any JJs due to this experience.

I walked in I was wearing an Army Veteran hat the gentleman at counter noticed the hat thanked me for my service and gave me a 20% discount. With the cost of everything rising I don’t know how they can afford to give such a large discount. I can’t thank them for taking care of the Veterans. God Bless.
