Ordered and got the wrong food on delivery, called and explained. They said they would remake it and send the right order out after. They messed up the remake and sent out the wrong food again.

So disappointed in the tuna wrap I just got. The sandwich barely had tuna on it. It was loaded with cheese. Luckily I had a can of tuna at home to add to it. I order from Jimmy John's often but not if I have to pay for a tuna wrap and then come and add tuna to it. Please get it together.

Got to chatting with the manager there, she hasn't worked there as long as I thought but she was a nice lady. They didn't seem to upset about us coming in at the end of the night. In terms of price it was about what you would expect nowadays. 20$ for 2 people. ? Not great, not horrible.

The bread was burnt and the service was terrible, they didn't even know that we had ordered. The man hadn't even finished our subs even though we had ordered 20 minutes beforehand.

Okay first off guy at the speaker was nice, and very nice at the window. I ordered a Club Lulu specifically asked if it comes with tomatoes. He said yes, then listed everything on the sandwich. Okay awesome no tomatoes please. He said do you want cheese? Yes sure.Skip to when I get 20 minutes from the store home. I open my sandwich to find tomatoes and no cheese????What was the point of that whole discussion?2 stars cause the dude was nice but seriously?

On Tuesday, Dec. 6th I stopped in this Jimmy Johns location and was greeted by the General Manager. She was very friendly and helped me navigate the menu because I wanted to try something new. I ate my sandwich in store and she was a true team leader. I asked a driver how long she's been running the show and he said only 2 weeks and I couldn’t believe it! Back in the day this Jimmy John’s location was BAD. I am so happy this new General Manager is turning things around. My team and I will be coming to this location from here on out. I look forward to coming back very soon. -Art
