I stopped and picked up a bucket of chicken on my home tonight , it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like they hadn't changed the fryer oil all day , the chicken was so greasy that it left a layer of brown sludge at the bottom of the bucket. The mashed potatoes had the gravy poured on them already and had sat around so long that the gravy had soaked into the potatoes making them brown and they were absolutely inedible. I realize they fast food isn't always great, but this was exceptionally poor. I worked at a KFC when I was a kid and we had quality control in place to prevent experiences like I had tonight. what a disappointment.

My Mom was in a rehab center not to far from this KFC. Each and everytime I came through the drive through, Danielle was at the window. She was so polite EACH AND EVERYTIME!! I love the chicken nuggets, and my Mom gets a meal. She never complains, which is a rarity, which means she likes it. The chicken actually tastes like the orignal KFC. I thought they changed the recipe, but I guess it must just be in certain areas. Anyway, if you're looking for the old original taste, and good customer service, at least in the driveway, go pay Danielle a visit. Be sure to let her know her service is appreciated, because she VERY consistent! Got that A1 customer service, and it's genuine.?

I haven’t been to this location in awhile, but I made a quick stop through the drive through to get three pieces of dark meat chicken and a large coleslaw. I asked for original recipe and unfortunately I didn’t check my food until I got home (15 minutes away). The chicken and biscuit are inedible… Burnt!

The point of ordering ahead is so your order is ready for pickup when you get there and you can avoid the line. Lobby wasn't open due to staffing issues. Had to wait in line in the drive thru. Was told when I got to the speaker to pull forward... and wait. Finally get up to the window and I see 2 girls talking and a boy in the managers office talking to the manager I assume. No one comes to the window. Finally one of the girls turns around and comes to the window and asks if I had the pickup. Gives me the order. I get home and I know it's minor. But I ordered 36 nuggets with what was supposed to be 6 sauces . I got 4 of the incorrect sauce. My large fry wasn't even filled. They did remember the plates tho. Last time I give them a chance. Once... maybe it's a bad day. Twice... i believe in second chances. 3 times... I write a review, which I almost never do. Normally I just don't go again. It's experiences like this that makes me not want to order out. Now I've got some unhappy kids. Not enough sauce or fries. Thanks Crown Point, Indiana KFC.

We were disappointed with our past several visits. We visited an hour before posted closing time to learn they were breaking down the fryers and had no extra crispy chicken, suggesting we should call in advance.Today, we called 1.5 hours prior to closing to place our order and pick up in 30 minutes. There was no mention of concern. Upon arrival, we were informed there was only one extra crispy breast because they were breaking down the fryers. They took our coupons, added several pieces of dark meat, and added an additional discount. We did have to return to get the drinks that came with our meals.If equipment is to be taken out of service for cleaning, hours of operation should reflect time that consumers can expect full service.

Today i made a purchase of 2 chicken wraps and a order of fries and the fries were cold and i sent them back for fresh hot fries i was told to pull up to the door in the drive thru only to receive xtra cold fries after waiting i was on my way to work so i called back and spoke with melissa she put my name down for a replace then i received a from the Gm which was rude and was going back and forth over some fries how unprofessional not once did he apologize for my inconvience and later when i opened my wraps the spicy slaw was missing on my wrapsdon't go there

I went through drive thru on 10/15/23 around 1:30pm. Ordered 5 piece tender big basket and I loved it! Chicken was cooked perfectly and cole slaw was delicious! Haven't been there for over a year because chicken was dry and cole slaw taste was off. Keep up the good work! I will be coming back!

What happened to this KFC! It's so dirty and gross! The bathrooms looked like they haven't been touched. I always heard that if the bathrooms are dirty the kitchen isn't far behind! The chicken had no flavor and had no breading. It had bald spots. I ordered wings but they must've been from a baby chicken they were so small! Overall a disappointment. Crossing KFC off and won't be back!
