WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN #2 SLOT IN PKG LOT BECAUSE FRIES NOT DONE!AFTER SEEING 3 OTHER CARS GET THEIR ORDERS AND WAITING 20 MINUTES, WENT IN LOBBY. WAS TOLD VERY BUSY WITH SCHOOL RUSH, KIDS ALL OVER DINING ROOM. AFTER WAITING INSIDE FOR 10 MORE MIN., YES TEN MINUTES, WAS TOLD AGAIN TO GO BACK TO CAR, THEY WILL BE OUT WITH ORDER IN A MINUTE! my whole table got happy meals. we were all supposed to get a squishmallow. once we open them, they gave us ALL the SAME SQUISHMALLOW!! we wanted grimace!! so we went up to them asking for grimace or to atleast exchange one, but you know what they did?!?! they said NO!! this is not awesome!!! also there’s a HAIR in my food! which one of you has alopecia?!?! i want free mcdonald’s for the rest of my existence for this matter

Took long for 2 hot and spicy Mcchickens gave me a free meal card for taking long but you guys still served me cold food didn’t even warm it up. Just plain disrespectful to serve people cold food when it’s clearly advertised as hot . Poor management if you ask me they were standing right there could of solved the problem properly but instead of communicating or fixing the problem just grab the food that was already cold and made and serve it and give a free meal card that’s just disrespectful when I had no problem waiting for warm food. shoving free meal cards in peoples faces ain’t service. Your just going to give me cold food anyways.
