Kids... all I can say.. Didn't get what we asked for on our order.. then they wouldn't turn off the depressing country music when we very nicely asked... at least some fun up beat music.. instead they turned it up. .. we're in NWI not Texas.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order correct. Check your bag before you leave, and I would highly discourage you from making any food modifications that cost money (like adding bacon) because they just never add them.

Zero stars! The worst McDonald's across the board. The staff (all minors) are very disrespectful and rude! The assistant manager tries too hard to be friends with them so she clearly cannot do her job as a manager. The buns on the burgers are burned every time, the food is cold, the employees cannot do basic math and the list goes on!Avoid this location... At all cost!
Our food was very wrong. Kids were yelling at us through the head set messing around.I had to go through the drive through 2x to get my order correct and it still was not correct. ? so

I was 15! Now 31 .. When We had just closed our popular fast food place that sells the obvious McDonald's We were cleaning and have some of our lights on but not all of them!. A customer pulls up to the drive-thru. and my manager approaches them.Manager: “We’re closed.”Customer: “Well, the lights are on so you must be open.”Manager: “That’s because we’re cleaning.”Customer: “Well… you should have all the lights off and use your phones to see!”Then the customer speeds out of the parking lot ?
