There was a young man by the name of Amory S. I must say that he was very nice and spoke clearly, when taking my order. He also put my change into my hand and didn't just throw my change on the counter. He looks very clean.

I came in about 2 weeks ago, at night time, and it was a gentleman managing the entire restaurant himself. He was friendly when he greeted me and both rang up my order and prepared my food very quickly. This was better service than I’ve received at fully staffed restaurants. Very impressed with him.

We met a friend here for dinner. Our food was so good and the people were very nice to the point where we realized it was 9:58 and they were to close it 10:00. But no one even interrupted us or gave us rude looks or anything. They were so nice and welcoming! I'll visit again... sooner lolVegetarian options: Many vegetarian options, not sure about strict vegans though

I've been to Noodles & Company in the Baltimore area many times and at the Valparaiso, IN location at least once. This location (in Crown Point) was considerably smaller than I recall Baltimore but laid out in a good way for when they are busy.Menu is a nice assortment plus you can create your own meal (as I did). They also offer kids meals.Food was made very quickly and was spot on. I had tofu in my dish and think it was prepared considerably better than I have had before (which wasn't bad - this was just done much better).Portions were very plentiful. I should have asked if they had a to go lid as half easily filled me up.Place was clean. It was also empty (around 130pm on a weekday). Here are the outpoints - there was not any unsweetened ice tea. Both containers were not labeled other than brewed ice tea so I don't know if one was supposed to be sweetened or not - either way they were bone dry.The area where one finds straws, forks etc. - all there was in a container was what appeared to be chopsticks. We had to ask for straws - and were given some. It was filled when we left.No silverware out either - but this could be a pandemic related procedure so - over to the management regarding straws and silverware. So are these "bad" outpoints? No, I don't think so but were things I noticed.Regarding drinks - they have a machine with a lot of soda options and I found a zero sugar Fuze brand ice tea which was fine. Would I have preferred the actual "real" ice tea? Yes, but - this worked. Both servers were cordial and pleasant.Prices - This is a tough one. Everything is sky high now it seems. We paid about $50 for two adult meals and 2 kids meals. Would this price deter me from eating there more often? Yes. was I very pleased with how my tofu was prepared and overall meal portions and food quality? Yes. Overall, it was a good experience and I am glad they decided to open here in Crown Point.

Not worth the money.I’ve been to the location in Schererville and still get served with proper bowls and spoons. The location in Crown Point served me and my bf with to go bowls and flimsy forks that broke on me also.I will not spend my money at this location again! And don’t get me started on the serving size! How pathetic!Restaurants these days. SMH
I ordered zoodles here and had a regular noodle mixed in. I can’t eat gluten so I had to stop eating my meal after I discovered the regular noodle mixed in. It was a large noodle too, not sure how you could miss that. I’d you have celiac disease I do not recommend this place.

The cashier was was nice but there was a miscommunication with my order (my kiddos were being pretty rambunctious). I ended up missing one of my kids meals and I asked the manager to make sure it was paid for so I could get it (there was no issue with the cashier not wanting to help, it was a clear miscommunication). The 3rd meal wasn’t paid for and I was fully ready and willing but the manager gave it on the house anyway and was very nice about the situation. My daughter got her meal in less than 5 minutes and it was excellent customer service

Delicious food and really helpful staff. It was really hard for us, as out-of-towners to find a parking spot or even get into the shopping area. We parked by some random business and had to walk through the bushes. This seems like a citywide thing and we're just not used to it being from Houston.Parking: Hard to get into the shopping strip that this business is in.
Always
