First time here. We were surprised the menu inside showed more options than the menu I looked at online, however happy with the options.Yhe food was really good and even my picky husband liked the Philly pita wrap.

I don't bother going anywhere else. This place has it all to eat on a pita!! Thr staff are always on the ball with perfect customer service and amazing put together food!!! Thx you. Great work ethic

This place has basically only workers who are children, which makes sense on why the food was so bad and the wait time was so long. I saw only two people working when I was there!!! Until a third finally showed up. I asked one of the young ladies if the manager was there and they said “No” !!!! What is that??? Not to mention that half of my items in my food weren’t there, and it took 25 minutes to get two pitas!! Not worth it, never going back again until they hire some adults and good management.

I'm a huge Pita Pit fan from back in the days living in Alaska and working in Montana where Pita Pits are located and their shops are run quite well. Since moving to the Midwest however, every Pita Pit I've visited has either subsequently closed for good or they seem uninterested in maintaining a working app-ordering presence (looking right at you Milwaukee). I am down to making a day-trip routine of visiting the Pita Pit in Crown Point from the Illinois suburbs (like 100 miles each way). Not sure why I'm so sprung on Pita Pit but the friendly folks at Crown Point have always made it worth the trip. I can seemingly always order from the app when 30 minutes out, and my order will be correct and ready by the time I arrive. The restroom is always clean, food is always fresh, and they don't look sideways at me because I take a lot of napkins. Pretty messy eater. Anyway there's not much else to say except for Crown Point PLEASE DONT CLOSE because making a day trip to Bozeman is sorta out of the question.

Is there no staff to work this restaurant?!The wait time is forever long to the point where I had to leave. Good food but not worth the loooooong wait.

My wife picked up dinner from here for the first time. We spent about 20$ for a salad and a pita wrap. she ordered online for pickup and it wasn't ready. They had to make it while she waited and they didn't seem to know how to find the order. The salad was so small, it for into one of our small bowls and she ended up adding somethings to make it an actual salad. The buffalo wrap she got me had about a tablespoon worth of filling. Taco Bell's cheap tacos have more filling ... Very disappointed. Not worth the money AT ALL.

Ordered on site through the drive-thru. Waited over 20 minutes, walked inside for them to tell me they forgot to make my food. Asked for a refund, employees couldn't figure out how. Will be contacting corporate.

I ordered a bowl and it was meh. The chicken was super weird, sponge like. I didn't eat it. It smelled so good so that was super disappointing. If I went back I would stick with veggies only. The girl working was really nice tho.

Stopped by for a late lunch today. Food was hot & fresh, service was great, the young ladies & gentlemen working there handled a very difficult customer w/patience & maturity! Kudos to them! Well done!

First time visiting this location, the food was delicious. However, they were completely out of pretty much everything so it made it hard to choose from the menu, the tables were all dirty, while waiting for my order I was seeing alot of customers leaving unhappy, and there was all kids working, not a single adult in the building

Ordered our food at 12:55 online, waited OVER AN HOUR for our food. Instead of calling us to tell us they didn’t have beyond meat anymore, they waited until we arrived at the location and promised it would only be 15 more minutes. We waited in a spot for over 30 minutes before we pulled through the drive through again to find out our food still wasn’t ready. Thankfully the Great Greek is opening a few doors down and we won’t have to deal with awful service anymore.

As I write this review, I’m still waiting for my order and could have sat down, been waited on, eaten, and paid next door at Tomato Bar (5 stars). My Pita Pit order I placed online for pick up confirmed it would be about 30 minutes which took me back a little, but hey, it’s just pickup, that’s why I ordered ahead. Now sitting here with no food over an hour after I ordered, had to ask family who was driving by the restaurant on the way to our house if they wouldn’t mind picking up the food. Shockingly, now they’re still waiting for my order after being kind enough to pick it up on their way over. ??

I used to live near a pita pit in California so when i saw one on my driving route i was super excited. Especially since they have a drive thru! The food was as great as i remember. I hope one opens closer to Cincinnati because it would be amazing to have a healthy and delicious drive thru/fast food option. My favorite is the Super Greek (not pictured) but maybe I'll try something else next time I'm by. The only thing weird was the area looked very new, very clean, and very empty... like they built a bunch of fancy new shops and there was no one to enjoy them. I was there around 2 pm on a Sunday in July so maybe people were [insert church or sports related pastime]. In the meantime I'll have to learn to make my own giant pita until they open a Cincinnati location
