Past couple times they have gotten the order wrong. Their food is great but their service is horrible. Poor customer service, rude when you pick up items that was forgotten due to their negligence!
Nowadays going through a drive-thru all too often results in bungled orders, inept service, discourteous and Ill mannered workers. Tammy at POPS in Crown Point is the rare exception to that experience. She handled every aspect of the order perfectly with kindness, patience, helpfulness, respect, thoroughness and efficiency, all with a fantastic pleasant personality.
