Great lobster bisque, ....great food in general. Service was awesome, cozy environment but compact. Crab legs were awesome.....and the coffee with dessert....that coffee was out of sight ?. Comfortable prices to slightly expensive...depends on what you're craving and what your budget will allow...however..the food is on point and quick

Terrible experience ; Jesus the manager was extremely rude. Meal was undercooked had provided poor substitutions and have given me attitude which overall ruined the atmosphere.i have had prior server and management experience In fine dining and have dined at many other establishments. I’d of prefer to gone to Cooper’s hawk for the price and especially due to the service- food was subpar. Drink was good; Our server was great.

Visit prime tonight with my wife thought we try something knew. Server was excellent and very attentive but that was the only redeeming thing of our evening at prime. The atmosphere in the back was loud and was more like be on side of highway than a dining room . We were seat in last table near the staff areas . The crab cakes we order were okay not amazing but not bad . The diner was very disappointing after that. My wife took only two bites of her 42 dollar sea bass that tasted frozen not fresh( this is one of her favorite fish to eat) . The lamb I order was chewy lacking of flavor and the potatoes were like disgusting soggy sticks . If you want good lamb skip prime go to great Mediterranean on Sunday half the price of prime for lamb and 10 x the flavor .Overall for the upscale high end joint that I have heard many good things about . I expected a lot more especially at the price point.

Made reservations for 8pm showed up 15mins early and took an additional 25mins to get seated they were super busy due to dinner time rush and it was a Saturday. The food was amazing! I do wish the portions were a little bigger personally as in the sides. I had the Aged 20oz Bone in Ribeye medium rare and was cooked perfectly and you have to ask for the aged meat keep that in mind. With a side of garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus and a big pretzel as an appetizer. All in all, a good experience considering this place came highly recommended and was an hour drive one way to try them out. The only complaint is that the building appears to be shared with the upstairs being another separate restaurant. And from what I experienced that this places popularity has outgrown the size of the building. This being said, I didn't care for the seating arrangement set up at all personally and you feel crammed in like a concert. For instance, we got stuck in the doorway due to people piling in and it made the wait that much more uncomfortable and even sitting at the bar didn't help to be honest. The table we were seated at honestly was a 2 person table on the isleway and coming from someone who did floor plans you should put your bigger tables for bigger parties near the isles and not couples tables in my opinion as it helps with the traffic flow and your severs. Felt more like more of an upscale restaurant than casual dining, but no big deal. I come for the food! Would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the wait with making reservations and the seating feeling so cramped to be honest. All this place is missing in my opinion is a bigger building honestly and I can't be mad about that but it does effect the service and experience in my opinion and that's all it is a opinion. The one and only downfall was the wait of 30 minutes even though we had reservations.Other than that, the entire remainder of our time, there was a memorable one. Our server, Heather, was the best I have had in a long time. She was fantastic!! Our drinks never went low, we never needed a thing, we didn't feel rushed, she was always full of smiles, and she even joked a bit with my shenanigans. The food was mouthwatering! The house pretzel and cheese were amazing. Even the wedges were made to perfection. Had just enough crisp and fluff combination. The steaks were made perfectly as well. Nothing at all to say bad about the food, service, or atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Incredible food here! I ordered the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans along with a Caesar salad. The filet was cooked so perfect and it was delicious! The best I’ve ever had actually. My husband ordered the balsamic glazed salmon with asparagus and a baked potato along with a salad, which he said all of it was very good! Service is so great and staff is always so friendly! This was our second time here. Both times have been so perfect! Keep it up Prime! Thanks for a fantastic dinner!
