I try really hard not to write a negative review, but this place is a joke. The 2 stars are because the building is nice. However, everything else is basically like McDonalds or Burger King with less quality control. I didn't realize Rosati's was so big they have their salad dressings in sealed cups for cost control, you have to mix your own salad as they plop each ingredient in one spot because it's easy. All of the sauces for my cold wings were in pre-packaged containers. They never did deliver an extra dressing or the blue cheese for my wings. One person brings stuff out, but another must order it...On and on. Very clearly a franchise set up to really only make pizza.This is not my first time. We order from the Rosatis in St John all the time. Here, don't be fooled. This is not a legitimate restaurant as much as it looks like one. It's no different than any other fast food chain with the exception of serving liquor and beer. We won't be back.

This is a late post and google reminds me every now and then to leave a review. I love this place. If I order for carry out delivery or if we stumble in on a Tuesday evening for the pizza buffet. The service is friendly, the pizza is always amazing, and it isn’t overpriced. Oh and they have creamy garlic dressing!! A fan favorite in my fam!!
