A great stop for a great shake. Soggy greasy fries didn't add to the rather expensive meal at all. Speaking of the meals, other half thought her burger was one of the best she's had. I found that weird because my patty melt was about the worst I've ever had. Aside from the food, I can say service was excellent and ambience was nice. It's not a loud echoing location so you can actually have a conversation. In summary, two great votes up for shakes, one way up and one way down for the burgers and two thumbs down for the fries. Throw the pricing in and that lowered the rating from three stars to two.

This is the best burger in the region, hands down. My server was friendly and on point. There was an elderly man, sitting at the counter, next to me. It appeared that he had suffered a stroke, so his speech was slow and slurred. The wait staff was patient with him, and made him feel welcome.

Food is always good and the employees are always super nice.
I love the food here! And the staff is so friendly and kind. Last winter, I was here from out of town and had a cold. One of the ladies brought me a hot cup of tea and some honey and it made me feel better! She made me feel right as if I were in her home the way a mother does for one of her own children. Thank you Ma'am, I will never forget that act of kindness as long as I live.

Schoop's Hamburgers are so good! If you get a chance, try the Irish Nachos. They are French Fries with EVERYTHING on them. Mmmm sooo good!
