Ok so I went to sonic today at 11:30 made my order lady was really rude and then i ask if I could get extra ice cream in my root beer float cus they only put One scoop of ice cream in a large cup I would of payed the extra and was told no u get it how we make it and shut the window in my face . And food was not good will not be going back there again ?!!!

Just bit into the jalapeño poppers. It tasted like they drop it in Lysol soap. Train your staff before they get someone sick. This isn’t a joke and I don’t find this type of behavior funny. Thank God I ate it before my kid it.

Low quality food, they always mess up your order. And it takes forever to even get your food. Just overall poor customer service. And even taking a glance inside it looks to be really gross all over. Seen employees eating food by the drive thru window. Their food items are overpriced, for low quality and not filling. And half the time they always dont have their advertised products available, which is disappointing. Never going back.

To much for a hot dog. Was cool, not warm. Was not cooked. Tater totts taste like nothing. Not going next time. Two foot longs two tater totts. Two medium soda,s. 25 bucks. Costco next time.

Got a cheese burger and tater tots Combo and my boyfriend got the Double Cheeseburger with fries Combo. Make sure to double check what you are paying for. We got charged for a drink but should have been included in the price of the Combo. Food was decent for fast

First time going to a sonic today. I think I know why most of them are closed. My daughter talked me into going as she went to one in key west recently and said it was very good. My double cheeseburger was meat that was old like it was made last night. I looked at my daughter and asked ‘you think this is good?’ And she told me definitely not the same. She said hers was freshly cooked down in Florida. Culver’s is about the only place that makes your food fresh. Giving 3 stars is just being nice. More like 2 1/2. Food not hot. I’d rather pay a couple dollars extra for fresh food.
