I am a very picky eater, so my go-to sandwich is very plain. (Ham and 2x American cheese) and everytime I go to this location and this location only they up charge my sandwich to the grand slam ham. That is simply not what I’m ordering and not what I’m asking for, it literally doubles the price of what I usually order from the location I go to most often. Moral of the story: don’t go here unless you’re okay with being uncharged on any and everything.

Very rude worker! Just asked to put another sauce on my daughters sandwich . (Who just got out of the doctors and is very sick) Gave me a rude attitude and responsed "ugh WHAT?!?!?" Shaking his hea and with a face like it was a problem. Then, he responded to their co-worker instead of me as the customer ignoring me completely. Do better to be kind to people and not acting like a jerk !

I went to this subway tonight. I ordered online so it would be ready and I wouldn't have to deal with the rude staff. I ordered 2 salads and a footling. It was 34 dollars. Each of the salads had exactly one piece of meat on each. The salsa were a cold cut combo and and Italian BMT. So I know that both of those should have at least 3 different meats. Each salad had one piece of meat! that is way too much to pay for not getting what I paid for! I didn't leave a tip on the app so is that the way the employees get even with people who don't tip on the app? Why would I tip them? They are always rude and they left a lot of things off my salad and even added pickles which my daughter is allergic to. So now they not only left off the meat they are trying to kill my kid. She has to carry an epi pen and these idiots can't read the order as it was put in? Why I'm the actual hell would I tip them! They don't even greet you when you walk in. They are rude. They don't answer you when you ask questions. So no I won't tip them! I don't get tips at the hospital where I work. I get paid to do my job and I'm sure they get paid to do their job even though they don't do it well at all!!

We frequently order ahead here on our drive back home to family. Orders are always ready on time and correct.

Worst customer service ever. The young girl that started my sandwich with the meat and cheese was very sweet and courteous. When she handed it over to the guy with the red beard and glasses next to her, you could really tell he didn't want to be there and didn't care who knew it! An elderly man in front of me with what looked like his grandson politely asked him if they ever planned to use coupons (NO COUPONS ACCEPTED sign on the door) and he rolled his eyes and said "I DON"T KNOW. THEY JUST TOLD ME NOT TO TAKE THEM" with a real attitude. When my order was passed to him, I asked to put the condiments on the side (I said to put them all in the same little bag for his convenience) because I was going to heat it up later, and again, the eye roll. And when he ran out of the onion sauce when he filled the small sample cup half full and put the lid on it (because he was too lazy to get another bottle of sauce), I asked nicely if I could please get more sauce since it was a footlong sandwich, he really gave me a cold stare before going the two steps behind him to get another full bottle of sauce. There were abouot 5 people in line and he treated them all the same, RUDELY! Only ranked it one star because I couldn't rank it ZERO stars!

Don't waste your time they don't know what they are doing and will overcharge you.

This was my sandwich that I ordered online last week. The sandwich was so messy and gloopy that it was inedible. I had mustard and mayo all over me and the table and what ever else I touched. I like Subway, my husband and I get sandwiches on a pretty regular basis. I have no idea what the two gentlemen whom I'm assuming made this sandwich were thinking. I didn't go at closing, they weren't busy when I went inside to pick up my sandwich. I even left a tip!! The next day the owner of the store told me to bring the sandwich back and they would remake it. I couldn't bring it back, I threw it away that night!! I never heard back from her again. I don't want anything but an apology and assurance that this won't happen to anyone again. I'll just go in and supervise my sandwich making in the future.

I would be happy to post a pix of the 2 foot longs versus the pix as advertised. Upon unwrapping it looked like two pieces of bread put together w/ absolutely no contents. Upon taking one side off, minimal contents. and you guessed not as order, not toasted as ordered and cold upon pickup (at the designated pick up time.) Add to it the salad, the single serving bowl was not even half full Take a look at the advertised pix of anything I just described. It might as well be two different places. Simply avoid. I have been to Subways who actually manage to respect the customer experience. Not this one.

This place has a young man that makes sandwiches well. Meat portions were proper, unlike other Subway stores. Great store also.

Subway at 113th and Broadway wouldn't accept a subway coupon, and drink machine colored the girls drinks with red coloring. When we walked in someone was yelling in fun, I asked what was that about, the clerk said he was boredI used the restroom and the towel bin was so full there was barely room for my towel. When we left, I said, whoever was yelling because they were bored needs to empty the restroom trash receptacle. We have a subway in Winfield and hebron and I will return to those subways and never go to 113th and Broadway again. The clerk said it was the local owners decision not to accept the coupons.
