I got that Cheesy Gordita Crunch box the chips were all crunched up there was barely any meat in both items. Plus these boxes used to be $5 for three items and chips, now it's $10 for two items and chips, and it's mostly flour tortilla I could go buy a pack of tortilla shells and a can of refried beans for$3 and it would taste the same. I have officially been priced out of eating at Taco Bell its the only fast food I ever ate my birthday is coming up and I have already informed my family that I do not want any Taco Bell gift cards because that's usually what they give me because they know that's the only place I usually go. But not anymore, heck for $13 I can go to a nice sit-down restaurant and get a burger french fries and a bowl of soup heck I don't even have to eat it there I can take it to go for ,$20 I can go to a real Mexican restaurant and get a margarita and a huge burrito that has meat with beans and rice and chips

Staff do a very good job of making sure I have everything that I paid for. Rarely do I have an instance of not having what I paid for fully.

Everytime I get a burrito from this location I feel like all I'm eating is rice. I ordered a double beef burrito today and seems like I double rice instead... It's really disappointing to feel like I'm only eating

Ordered through the mobile app, picked my food up, and took it home. When I opened the box and took out the cheesy gordita crunch there was no meat on it, literally none at all. I attempted to call the restaurant and the phone just rings over and over again, no one ever picks up. When I showed up at the restaurant they looked at me like I had 5 heads. I told them the situation and that I just wanted the whole meal remade, which they seemed shocked by. Not once did anyone apologize for the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. They then brought new food over and set it on the counter and asked me to take my original order and throw it away and then they walked away. Poor customer service and just rude to not even apologize. When I got home with my second order, there was still hardly any meat on the gordita crunch. I had to take the little meat from the other hardshell taco and dump it on the gordita just to make one taco. With the prices taco bell charges, they sure are stingy with the protein.

worst service ever! the machine to order your food sucks because it said order then go to the cashier to pay if you are paying with cash and the cashier made me reoder everything. then after i order my food all they were doing was taking drive through orders and making them first and it took and hour yes and hour to get our food. if i could give them no stars i would. And my crunch wrap supreme was not crunch wrapin and my cinnamon twist were not tiwstin

I sent Taco Bell an email to let them know how wonderful we thought this place was. My wife and I went there passing through to go to Cedar Lake. We live in Hobart and have never been to this Taco Bell. Every employee was working great with each other and announcing orders and making sure everyone was aware of various order status. Then they were letting everyone know how well they were doing with their ontime deliveries at the window and yelled, "let keep it going everyone, and your all doing great"! They all meshed beautifully and encouraged each other. They all had a job and were all helping each other. Then, I thought i'd write a review here and couldn't believe the negative reviews I was reading? I have seen poor service at many fast food places and this was the first time I have seen young people sprinkled with a few older people, all working to do the best job and to work towards getting things done in an expeditious way. My wife and I pride ourselves on our work ethics. We were both floored by the professionalism. Maybe they all have worked for Chef Ramsey? It shows - keep up the good work!
