Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. There were 6 of us and the food was better than I expected. The presentation was wonderful and the food was just as good. A few people have left posts about the price being to high but Veleros is considered a higher end type Mexican restaurant so as far as I'm concerned, it was worth it.We will definitely be back!

First time visiting. We were there for dinner last Friday night. It is a lovely environment. Our server was fantastic. Menu was great. Chips and salsa were delicious. House margarita was very good. My husband had the lobster tacos that were very good, and tried one barbacoa taco that he thought was wonderful. I had the steak and shrimp dinner that was also terrific. The steak was so tender, came with 4 very large shrimp and grilled peppers and small salad. The sauce was very good. Homemade corn tortillas were on point. Overall great experience and we look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Great food staff is super nice. Really good margaritas just upgrade to top shelf the price difference isn’t much off. Carne brava is what’s pictured it’s a little spicy but not unbearable. Corn shells are made from scratch. Seafood quesadillas were good and tampiquena was good to. Carne brava takes the cake though for best menu item. The desserts are good the flan is so rich and delicious. Try the queso fundito as well so good

The food is good. Prices are pretty high. The atmosphere is boring, and too bright. The margaritas were made from a mix, which is extremely disappointing given that 1. They are easy to make, and 2. Every other restaurant on the square all have excellent drink programs.
Went with another couple for date night. Food was good/fair. Small portions for tacos. Chips and salsa good. Service was great, just ok about the food for the price. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant and not taken home leftovers.

My husband and dined here a couple nights ago. Wait staff were spectacular, but the cocktails not drinks not so much.I not eat, but my husband's food was very good he said.Restaurant was very cold and very bright . Bring sunglasses??? and sweater!
