Placed an order and when I went to pick it up, they could not make half of it. Told them to cancel it and they said they did. I checked my card and I was still charged. Went back in and literally showed them the charge on my bank account and they said they could do nothing about it. Do not eat here, if they manage not to mess up your order they will still scam you :/

Mobile ordered two combos, one for myself and one for my wife. Pretzel Baconator with Chili and a Diet Cherry Cream Soda and Spicy Nuggets with Fries and Chocolate Frosty.Get to the drive through, waited 2 minutes before saying "Hello?" before anyone acknowledges I'm there. Tell them I placed mobile order, told to pull up to 2nd window.After a bit, guy working window opens it "Heres your drinks", one of which is a Vanilla frosty. I mention it was supposed to be chocolate "We are out of chocolate".This was annoying as they should have asked what I wanted for substitution, instead of just assuming vanilla frosty. But not wanting to deal with his seemingly uncaring attitude, I didn't let it go.Get home and start drinking the soda. Immediately I think this is either the best diet soda I have ever had, or he gave me regular. Use my glucometer to test the soda and sure enough it is regular. As a T2 diabetic the negligence on the worker could have caused some serious health issues as I do not have insulin since I am not insulin dependent.On top of this, burger patties were old/dry.Very dissapointed, worst Wendy's experience I've had.Dietary restrictions: Workers are negligent and do not ensure orders with dietary restrictions (ie Diet Soda for diabetics) are followed. Do not reccomend going here

Slow service in drive thru. Ordered ice tea , corrected the girl who collected the money that I wanted ice tea not sweet tea. Got to where I pick up my order and they shorted my fries and gave me a sweet tea instead of ice tea. Was already on the road so was not available to remedy this.

If I could give it a negative I would. Worst freaking service ever. Drive through sucks didn't take an order correctly after repeatedly asking me and then told me to wait a minute and walked away. Paid for my meal told me to pull over and wait. Waited for over 20 minutes with two small children in the car and it being almost 10:00 with no food. Then turn around and when I get up to go in they magically have the food ready to go. Dirty and nasty in there and then when I get the food all of it's wrong and the coke tastes like someone scrubbed it out of a freaking toilet.

I always go through the drive-through. Sometimes the service is slow and I always hit when a training is using the register it seems. I think the sausage dragon cheese biscuit is better than any of the other fast food places.
Didn't get my order right even when I clarified with them. Soda tank was watered down. Lied about not having food.

Folks, I know we're over worked, underpaid, overwhelmed etc but remember to smile it can make someone's day. The person who you see can be having a worse day then you. Smile and be kind.
