This location single handedly made me quit eating Taco Bell for so long. So I order for the first time in atleast 2 months and oh to what surprise. They did the exact opposite of what was specified on the order. 2 burritos ordered with no rice boom they were stuffed full of rice falling out both sides , ordered nachos no onions no red sauce and no guac boom guac every were drenched in red sayce every inch of the container had onions stuck to it. Cravings box was missing an item. Just crazy how one location can ruin the name of an entire company deserves negative stars. -40 worst experience at a Taco Bell you will ever have.

I was wanting Taco Bell, asked my husband to get me a Mexican pizza with sour cream and 2 hard taco supremes. So long story short we are eating and I find there was plastic in my Mexican pizza. I called and talked to the manager and then drove to Taco Bell in Daleville, IN. She was nice about it but I really don't understand how this happened in the first place.

Trend at a lot of fast food chain restaurants, zero attention to the dining area. Trash everywhere and not a table wiped down. It all about the drive thru, nothing about sit down dining since the pandemic....
This is my favorite Taco Bell in town!! They always have the best service and you're more likely to receive fresh food from this location!! Fast, friendly, and fresh!!Parking: Parking is no issue here there is plenty of spaces available!!!

After ordering my food, I Watched the guy playing with his phone in the back and then start preparing my food with the same rubber gloves on he was Just touching all over his phone with it kind of defeats, the purpose of Of the gloves
I'm in a wheelchair and had no problem entering or exiting the building. I had no problems ordering or paying, the employees were very helpful and attentive to my needs.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible, although the doors are normal manual doors.
So I ended up getting all the way home almost a hr away in the snow storm to realize but I was missing my beefy five-layer I drove all the way back and they were very apologetic and extremely courteous by not only giving me free coupons but also making sure that the burrito was rectified as well I was very satisfied with not just the food but with the satisfactory and knowing that I was able to get everything that I wanted...
