This location is my favorite place to sit & work while my kids attend local club and 4H functions. It’s always clean and the aesthetic is lovely. My drinks are always made perfect. The staff is always kind and friendly!

Beautiful new building. Clean bathrooms. One guy at the counter- working drive up and walk ins. Trash was over flowing and the counter needed wiped off. He said there were workers in the back- I hope they were coming out to do some cleaning. Coffee was good, that’s the most important thing!

I ordered a grande cappuccino. When I picked it up I was really confused because t felt like it was basically empty. I got out to the car and once I scraped all the foam away, it was less than half full. $6 is a pretty steep price to pay for a 1/4 cup of coffee...

I don't recommend this Starbucks if you're in any sort of a hurry. It's really hit or miss on whether your order is going to be ready on time if you order ahead. Had to wait 10 extra minutes for a microwave sandwich because the lady at the cash register was flirting with every cop that came in (there were 4 just while I was there). I actually had to walk up and ask for it because she was so wrapped up in conversation. Annoying.

The store was empty. 4 or 5 employees standing around. No one in the drive thru. In other words no other customers then myself. Employee was at the register apparently off the clock ordering their personal coffee. It took 15 minutes before I was even greeted and helped. Ordered a Carmel Latte and the coffee had no Carmel sweetener in it. The Latte tasted like coffee flavored milk. I ordered a coffee cake with my coffee that they forgot about so I had to wait more time while they warmed the coffee cake. If they cant handle one customer at 1 PM in the afternoon imagine what it must be like at rush hour.

I waited 45 minutes drive tru for my order. I told the lady in the window, "i been waiting for 45 minutes." She answered me." YOU DONT NEED TO WAIT YOU CAN GO,"I was really shocked, what her response to me ! VERY RUDE !!!!This Danville Starbucks wants their customers not to come back to the store.Terrible customer service ?From now on, I will go to Beehive Danville.

This place put my drink in a second cup just because they were too lazy to clean the cup. So when I was handed it I couldn’t even drink my coffee without a mess. 10/10 do not recommend this location.
I go here about every day and today was one of my worst experiences. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I got up to order I was told it was a 30 minute wait. Put a sign up that says something to let people know this was rude and unacceptable.
