I worked at this location. Health code is regularly ignored. Food will sit in heaters for three, four, five hours. Grills are almost never cleaned. Fryers are never cleaned. There is severe cross-contamination with raw food everywhere. Employees were punished for trying to throw out expired food as it's less profitable.

I say the service is friendly to me everytime I go there but there long wait times specially when I’m doordashing I do have a time limit I have to get to the person house if I don’t get it in time my score go low everyone there is nice but when I doordash I get really slow service and that affect my scores

I had a pretty good experience here the other night. It was 8 pm, so nobody else in the drive thru. I gave my order, paid, and had my food in under 5 mins. My Big Mac tasted pretty good, so no complaints there. The fries though definitely were on the old side, so they could work on those for sure.

Went through drive thru pd for food was distracted by grandson left without getting food at 846 am. Went to my daughters picked her up realized I didn't get food. Went to McDonalds went in and person behind counter said tgey thought I left, I apologized. She put fresh hashbrowns in bag and gave it to me. On my way out this lady stops me says I can't leave with that food it has been over 30 minutes. I said no it hasn't she wd not give me my money back stating it wasn't her fault I forgot my food. I told her I had a 10 am appt and could not wait for her to make more food. She refused to give me my food back. I left so I wd not be late for my dr appt. After I had gotten in car and told my daughter she looked at my receipt and said it showed 846am and we had gotten back there at 9:07 am. I called that same Mgr answered I said it was only 20 minutes not 30. She said I said I wd make u more food. I said I had to leave for a dr appt. I said I'd call corporate, she said go ahead they will send me an email and I will call you! She refused to gibe me my money back, said if I had gotten back by 1030 I could get it all made again or I could go back in later and say I talked to her and get something, she never specified what. I said so u are telling me if I pick up food and drive 20 min to my house the food is nasty? So no food, no refund of $26.14, that Manager, Kayla, is rude and HORRIBLE! I will NEVER give them my business again. She needs to be fired!

Everytime I've been here for one or two sandwiches it's atleast a 10 minute wait on the side, management isn't on top of things and the wait here is outrageous. Wouldn't recommend unless in a pinch

I got breakfast burritos meal deal Saturday March 16th about 6 hours later I was violently puking from food poisoning from eating at this location do not and I repeat do not eat
The food is usually fine, but I'm tired of receiving partial orders or orders that aren't mine. It's not even a once in a while thing anymore. Today, I ordered a 6 pc nugget happy meal that was supposed to have a 6 pc nugget, BBQ sauce, fries, apple slices, a toy, and a drink. It came with 5 nuggets, BBQ sauce, apple slices, and a toy. No fries, no drink, and a missing nugget. I get that they were busy, but this was absolutely careless in my opinion. This is kind of my last straw and don't think I'll return to this location unless I absolutely have no other option.

Between me getting a raw QPC earlier this year, the rude staff, and being asked to park in the Tractor Supply Co parking lot to wait for my food (and sometimes places that arnt parking spots), my family and I are so done going to this location ?? yeah yeah its just a McDonalds i get it… but a subpar one for sure.
